My machine stopped moving after playing just 4 times. I was distraught. The manual does not provide much information for diagnosing the problem. I had no choice but to contact the seller. To my delight they responded quickly within 24 hrs. Although it took 3 emails to finally resolve the probelm they were courteous, patient and helpful. They provided me with detailed step by step instructions with photos which were easy to follow. The machine is now working again and I am relieved. Just want to praise their excellent after sale service which is lacking with many other sellers these days. Regarding the machine, it's easy to install. It took a little juggling to get the distance and angles right but it's expected. It's a fun machine and provide good exercises. This is an amazing value. I used this almost everyday and it's holding up well. It's very easy to assemble. To use you just tighten a clamp to the end of your ping pong table and place the robot on the three slots. The settings are amazing and the balls can come as fast or as slow as you want. It has a top spin setting and you can turn off the oscillation and just improve your technique. I'm 60 years old and use it to get some exercise during these trying times. Bought this product during COVID time to be able to play some spots indoor. Loved it...it is sturdy and works as expected. Easy to assemble. The instruction manual is not that helpful but it is easy to assemble anyway

I was a little worried after reading some of the past reviews but this robot is awesome. It works as advertised. It is a must have if you have a table tennis table and you want to use it on a regular basis.

Works great. The set up only took a minute or two. The adjustable spin works fine and the machine is very consistent. The only issue is withe the description. It says it comes with a catch net but it does not. However like I was saying the machine itself is well worth it.
