The clipper features self-sharpening precision ground blades that stay sharper longer compared to the competition. Also included is a set of 12 attachment guards from 1/16" To 1. This kit comes with a hard Shell for clipper and accessory storage. English and Spanish Instructional are included as well as clipper oil, scissors, scissor guards, an Elite styling comb and more! The product in the packaging may not be exactly the same as in the photo due to continuous improvements to the product. Note: We test our clippers for cutting performance before packaging with a hygienic fiber. We do our best to clean the product to remove any testing particles, but it is possible a few may remain. They are not hair and can be simply wiped off.

WAHL is a good brand, and a household name for many years. I'm so glad they STILL make great quality products after all of these years. They are relatively quiet for the cheaper model that I bought, and very simple, not much to them, but they have an adjustable head, which is a good feature as to not cut the skin getting too close, and they are relatively light. Mine came with the seal on the case MISSING, and the instructions inside the package by WAHL says, "return product if the seal is broken". I didn't return it, because all of the parts were there, it worked properly when I plugged it in, the head movement is aligned, all attachments fit relatively proper, etc. and it has a 5 year limited warranty for defective or failed product with the receipt. Save the receipt and you're good. I've never had an issue with any WAHL products that I have purchased, but I'm sure defective ones may have made it out the factory line at some point.     • Extremely loud but its adjustable
We've been using Wahl razors for 20+ years and it was time for a new one. This new one was so loud it was uncomfortable to use it around the ears. We tested it and it was over 80 decibals. My husband figured out there is a factory set power screw (on the opposite side of the blade adjuster) that can be turned to reduce the noise and vibration. Adjusting that and giving the blades a generous oiling reduced the noise to a much more tolerable noise level. It cuts really well. ... show more

    • very loud clippers
These clippers are very loud. I have learned to buy the ones made for dogs because the motor is much quieter and the vibration is less. I bought these after buying and using the Wahl pet clippers for myself(never used on dogs). They really should use the quiet motor on all their clippers.

    • A little noisy after used several times
It works well. Just a little noisy after using several times. I cleaned the inside and thought it was some hair stuck inside. But after cleaning the noise is still strong. The noise can be lower only if I press the top part. But obviously i can not do it when I use it for hair cut. I hope someone can let me know if they have similar problem. Thanks ... show more

No issues. Works very well and is a great price. I know its new but the blades are very sharp and work extremally well. It replaces a 15+ year old set of clippers by the same manufacture.

    • Pretty good for a basic home set...
For a basic home set of hair clippers, Wahl is a pretty good company with a range of different hair clipper models. I just needed the basic set up with guards. It came in plastic case, plenty of guards, comb, & scissors. Cleaning is the same ol same ol. Not hard to do but not easy. I would really rate this a true 3.5 star rating cause of the sound level ! This new Wahl (to me) model is just as loud as the 21 yr. old Wahl model that I had to replace. I wise it was a little smoother and not so loud. Then it really would be a 4 star unit. But as is, all in all, it's a 3.5 star !! ... show more

It will work for me for now for what I need it for I only trim my hair occasionally for the warmer weather. The vibration level and the noise level on it could use some work it is extremely loud and the vibration Factor makes it extremely hard to hold. I'm going to have to come up with a way to create a grip so it doesn't slip out of my hand or I might accidentally drop it while I'm using it. Also it heats up pretty fast too so you need to keep an eye on how long you have it plugged in. ... show more
