Great scooter for the price. You won't find anything close at this price point. Pro's 25mph speed even with a 210lbs rider Decent range got 10miles and had 70% left when done at mixed speed city riding Good front and rear suspension. non adjustable but it works great might be a little stiff for lighter riders. App has most of the functions a rider will need. Con's Front light only really good to help others see you not for you to see. Front reflector held on with VHB with small contact patch this will not stay on Personal experience. Easy to assemble but came with one broken rear reflector. Has anybody verified the speed? After getting one the manual says 25 km/h max which is only15 mph. Everywhere on Amazon shows 25 mph. Big difference between the two. Just unboxed it, want to verify before I put it together and use it.

Returned. Description states 25MPH but box and owners manual states 25KM/H. Didn't want to operate and not be able to return it. Scooter may run fine, but doesn't indicate it's a 25MPH scooter.

Es un gran scooter y tiene un diseño muy ejecutivo. La velocidad es perfecta para la ciudad y la suspensión es buena para saltar escalones... Lo llevo al trabajo todos los días y su confiabilidad hasta ahora es de lo mejor tengo que cargarlo cada 3 días pero va muy bien así sea con baja carga ya sabes disminuye la velocidad punta y no tiene tanta potencia pero bueno ya se que esa tarde al regresar a casa debo ir a cargarlo para el dia siguiente. Para ser muy sincero es lo mejor que conseguí a este precio lo vale y me encanta lo volvería a comprar nuevamente. ... show more

I was disappointed at first because (unbeknownst to me) it wasn’t built correctly at the factory resulting in constant brake drag which I mistook as electric motor resistance. A fully charged battery only lasted 9 miles. I figured out the problem accidentally when I noticed my son’s scooter rolled freely. Turned out the brake caliper needed adjusting.
