Es un gran scooter y tiene un diseño muy ejecutivo. La velocidad es perfecta para la ciudad y la suspensión es buena para saltar escalones... Lo llevo al trabajo todos los días y su confiabilidad hasta ahora es de lo mejor tengo que cargarlo cada 3 días pero va muy bien así sea con baja carga ya sabes disminuye la velocidad punta y no tiene tanta potencia pero bueno ya se que esa tarde al regresar a casa debo ir a cargarlo para el dia siguiente. Para ser muy sincero es lo mejor que conseguí a este precio lo vale y me encanta lo volvería a comprar nuevamente.

Very jerky will pop a wheelie in the 2nd of 3 gears....if you are not an experience rider I would not recommend and the range is very .I'd grade also I still think I am going to send it back it will do 28 or close to that but you will be praying that you dont hit a large rock or pothole at that speed not very sooth

This electric scooter sits right on the line between 3.5 and 4 stars. The actual driving mechanics and electronic features are fantastic, but several minor design and packaging oversights hold it back from being a truly flawless premium purchase. The Good: Performance, App, & Build Excellent Ride Dynamics: As a machine, the scooter is awesome. It’s fast, incredibly easy to hop on and off, and has a sleek, modern aesthetic. Assembly out of the box was also very straightforward. Intuitive App & Profiles: The companion app is highly intuitive. A standout feature is the ability to map out custom speed profiles. This is perfect for families, as you can set a safe, leisurely profile for neighborhood cruising or unlock full speed for an experienced rider. Real-World Power: On flat ground, the motor handles a larger adult male frame decently well. It does struggle a bit on steep inclines for larger riders, but my wife (who is closer to average height and weight) has absolutely no issues going uphill. Integrated Safety: The inclusion of responsive brake lights and built-in turn signals on the rear assembly is an excellent safety addition for riding near traffic. The Bad: Packaging and Design Gripes Shipping Damage: For a large purchase at this price point, the packaging should be better. The inner packing materials rubbed against the scooter during transit, completely tearing up the "ZWHEEL" decal on the main stem before I even rode it. Out-of-the-Box Maintenance: The tires arrived significantly low on air. Worse yet, checking and inflating them is a pain because the rear air plug is incredibly hard to access due to the restrictive shape of the rear tire guard. Noisy Brakes & Fender Warning: The mechanical disc brakes get noticeably loud and squealy when you have to ride them on a sustained downhill slope. Additionally, the rear fender looks exactly like a traditional kick-scooter step brake, but it is entirely plastic. Putting your full weight on it would likely snap it and cause an injury. Interface Limitations: Despite having a built-in digital display on the handlebars, you cannot switch speed profiles directly on the scooter itself—you are forced to open the phone app to change them. Cheap Charging Setup: The charging cord feels surprisingly cheap and flimsy. There is also no physical battery life indicator on the scooter frame near the charging port. To see if it's done charging, you either have to turn the scooter fully on, open the app, or look at the tiny LED light on the charging brick itself. Pro-Tip on the Handlebar Clip: The manual doesn't make it obvious, but that mysterious plastic clip on the handlebars is actually designed to lock directly into the small latch on the rear fender when you fold the steering column down. It secures the stem so you can easily carry the scooter like a briefcase. If you don't mind managing the scooter's settings primarily through your phone and handling a few minor hardware quirks, the actual performance makes it a highly enjoyable ride. 4 stars.

The ZWHEEL E12 Electric Scooter is very good. It is smooth, and it goes 25 MPH (which is very fast). The only problem is that it's heavy.

This is a really nice scooter. It looks and feels good quality and well built. While riding on it has great stability and feels safe. It really has some good speed to it. I will admit it took me several minutes to figure out how to switch modes to get it on the fastest setting, it was a bit confusing even after reading the instructions. But once I figured it out it's a piece of cake to switch between modes. It's fun to use to ride around the block with my dog. I am one hundred percent going to buy another one soon and send it to my dad to use when he has to check his mail, which is a bit of a hike from his house. This is for sure worth the buy.

This is a basic scooter, not powerful or very fast. It wouldn't get over 23 mph on a slight downhill slope. very underwhelmed. Glad I saved the box, it's going back.
