I wasted my money on cheaper ones until I bought this one. It's almost too powerful. The first time I used it half the liquid in the cup went flying all over the place. It's at least three times as powerful as the other two I bought. Unfortunately I didn't save the packaging or I would return the others. THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST POWERFUL "FROTHER/BLENDER" of this style on the market. They are being truthful about it being powerful. I almost wish it had a low speed mode. I only review products I love or hate. This is one I love. BTW a family owned business makes these. I like that as well. 6 stars if I could. DON'T TRY TO SAVE $5 by getting a cheaper one. I wasted almost $30 on two frothers, neither of which are nearly as good as this one I could have purchased an extra one of these and have money left over if I hadn't purchased those other cheaper ones. Any frother that uses ONE AA battery is junk. Two batteries can provide 4 times the power, and that sounds about right based on the ones I own and use. If all you really use this for is to froth milk in your coffee, I'd recommend one that costs $10. But my main use is preparing protein shakes using milk and protein powder. This works MUCH better for blending because of the speed and power. This one has a high RPM AND a lot of torque, even when it slows down from the resistance of blending. The other ones I purchased are lower RPM and it's much more difficult to stop this one than any of my others. The others I own just stop when they hit something thats not liquid. They're useless for anything other than frothing liquid. In all fairness, they do call them frothers, so they do what the manufacturer describes, but they don't blend very well if at all. This one does both. I also can't speak about the rechargeable kind. I suspect the same applies - you get what you pay for. There are some very inexpensive ones and some higher priced ones. I would buy one of the more expensive ones. If I purchased a rechargeable inexpensive one I would save all packaging materials so that I can return it if it's too weak to function as a blender for my protein shakes. I'm also considering buying a AA size batteries that output double the voltage of normal AA batteries. It will definitely increase the power. The only concern there is breaking them. - but the alternative is being useless so I really have nothing to lose. These are great little devices that make everyday life a little easier.

A staple in my kitchen! I’m so glad I bought this milk frother! The Zulay Kitchen frother is incredibly powerful for such a compact handheld tool, it froths milk in seconds and gives my lattes and cappuccinos that perfect café-style foam. It even came with 2 Duracell batteries, so it was ready to go right out of the box. It’s super easy to use—just press and hold the button and it goes to work immediately. Cleaning it is a breeze too: I just rinse the whisk under warm water and run it for a second to spin dry. The build feels solid, and I love the sleek black design, which looks great in my kitchen. This frother isn’t just for coffee either—I’ve used it for matcha, hot chocolate, and even mixing protein powders and creamers. It’s a surprisingly versatile little tool. I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks. But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.) I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive. My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours! I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item. Enjoy!

Great little frother. Unfortunately this is my third one. They last about 1 year. The last one I purchased was April of 2024. We noticed a pattern before it just quits working. One morning it won't turn on so we change the batteries, fiddle with the connectors to keep it going for about another week, but once that begins to happen within a week or so you find youself spending 15minutes trying to get it to work again. Not worth it...so we just order a new one. If I'm not mistaken there is a lifetime warranty on them in the box. I'll check this time but then you have to keep a box for a year, contact the seller, send it back for repair...just buy another one.
