I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this espresso machine and the customer support behind it. For context, this is not a cheap machine, it’s around $1,000, so I expected a much higher level of reliability and support. I’ve taken good care of it from day one: the unit is cleaned daily and descaled regularly, exactly as recommended. Despite that, the machine started having issues with milk frothing and now only produces steam. After going back and forth with support (which started on February 5th), I was told the issue is likely due to internal clogging and that the only solution is to send it in for repair. The cost? $230 out of pocket, since it’s just outside the warranty period. That’s where this really becomes frustrating. I’m being asked to pay a significant amount to fix a relatively new, well-maintained machine for an issue that shouldn’t be happening in the first place. Even worse, there’s no real reassurance that the same problem won’t happen again in another year or two. On top of that, the customer service experience has been slow and underwhelming. It took over a month just to arrive at this conclusion, which doesn’t inspire much confidence. At this point, it honestly feels like I’d be better off putting that $230 toward a new machine rather than repairing one that already has reliability concerns. Overall, very disappointed in both the product quality and the support experience. I expected much better at this price point.

Love love love this espresso machine! It's very easy to use, and very easy to customize the drinks to how you like them. It auto cleans when you start it up and you can set when it auto cleans after each use. I love that I can push a button and it steams the milk, crushes the beans, packs the cup and empties the cup when done.

I had a built-in miele espresso machine before I bought this one. IMO this unit is way better. I see bad reviews but they are complaining about things they don't understand, I bet most of the bad reviews are from first time automatic espresso machine owners. Yes you have to keep these clean, it's not like an ol' coffee pot. The same was true for my Miele unit it it was probably 5x the cost of this one. That said I was able to create a user preset that almost perfectly mirrors my Starbucks white chocolate mocha I used to get every morning. Pretty sure that has already paid for this thing! After I got this, it was way too cool for my countertop, so lol I built a coffee-bar just for this guy! With a pot filler, or rather espresso machine filler faucet, and its own mini cup cleaning station. 😊☕ The ONE flaw is that they give you a hose for the milk, that's it. So I would suggest you order this: https://a.co/d/bVdqf5e though it's not made for this unit you can use the hose end that comes with this and it works great with this machine. 😀

The coffee just doesn't get hot enough. All the features are good and I would have kept it if it wasn't for the coffee not being hot enough. I also adjusted the temperature settings and it did not make a difference.

Subject: Defective Coffee Machine - Poor Heating Performance and Request for Repair or Full Refund I purchased this coffee machine two months ago, and from the very beginning, it has not been functioning properly. Despite setting the temperature indicator to the highest level, the coffee dispensed is only lukewarm (warm at best), never hot as expected from a quality coffee maker. This issue persists every time I use it, making the coffee undrinkable without reheating it separately. I have followed all the instructions in the user manual: • Proper cleaning and descaling • Using the correct amount of water and coffee grounds • Allowing sufficient preheating time None of these steps have resolved the problem. Clearly, this is a manufacturing defect related to the heating element or temperature control system. Given that the product is only two months old and well within the warranty period, I expect one of the following solutions: 1. Send a qualified technician to repair the machine at no cost to me, or 2. Arrange for a pickup of the defective unit and issue a full refund of the purchase price. I am very disappointed with this experience, as I chose this model based on positive reviews expecting reliable performance. I hope Amazon and the seller will handle this matter promptly and professionally. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to a quick resolution. Rating: 1 out of 5 stars

This coffee maker exceeded all my expectations. I was a little nervous about getting it since many complained about the intermittent cleaning cycles. Honestly, it is not an issue. It cleans when you or the timer switches off which you can customize, when it switches on and soon after you've made a drink. I just slot in a mug and another one with clean water for the milk system after I've made my coffee. I love the smell of freshly brewed coffee and the fact that I can customize and save my preferences under my own profile. I am a very picky coffee drinker, so this is fabulous. Usually, you have preset sizes on other machines but this one lets you choose. The descaling process is so simple with the machine guiding you. I have done away with my Keurig Cafe, Nespresso, Mixpresso and Chefman which I used depending on what I wanted. I no longer need them. I recommend this machine to anyone who takes their coffee as seriously as I do.
