They are perfect!!!! My husband and I each bought one, and LOVE THEM. Super easy to put together, extremely well built. Handles very well on all terrains, and the battery life is incredible. They can go super fast if you want, or you can just have a relaxful ride! Suspension is awesome. The headlights are super bright, and love that there is break lights, blinkers, and dual breaks. The scooter is very nice . Easy to put together . Fun to ride extremely well on incline and the shocks are top notch going over bumps feels like nothing . Battery life is crazy good Just everything about the scooter is of nice quality. their customer service is top notch . I saw some complaints about it and that’s not my story . I cannot begin to sing about how amazing this scooter is!!!!! Was so easy to assemble, everything works perfectly, and it's better then I imagined. Effortless acceleration, great batter life, stable, fast recharging, and it's a blast. I find myself going slower than my electric bikes because I enjoy it so much. You will have to contact the seller to unlock the scooter because the scooter will not go fast until you unlock the speed restriction but overall it’s a good scooter so far and it’s really quick .

    • Good but highly dangerous

It's a good scooter but... Tighten every bolt and screw. They all come loose. If you don't this thing will be missing screws and bolts inside of a 2 weeks. You will not be able to find replacement parts for this thing anywhere but the manufacturer and they charge nearly 100 dollars for a single tire. Not the motor. The empty tire on the front. I've modified the scooter to accept other parts but I would not recommend anyone else do that as it likely has made an already terribly dangerous scooter more so. As to stability, it is scary af at high speeds. It feels like you are going to lose control when you get up to 35mph or faster, esp. Downhill. I recommend turning up the ebreaking to max and wear full safty gear. BE CAREFUL !!! It is only a matter of time before you get hit by a car or wreck and when you do expect a rife in an ambulance and ambulances do not take scooters with them so you'll lose the scooter almost certainly. Ride with others and wear safter gear. If you are a parent, do not buy this for your kid unless you want to get rid of one of them. This is NOT a bad product, but it is NOT a toy. If ur consideri g a scooter, I'd recommend one that doesn't go faster than 25mph. If you need more speed get an ebike. They are much more stable and safer. ... show more
