My grandson will be moving in with me due to living conditions he is now in. I asked him to pick out a bed and a few things to get ready for his move in. I was skeptical about this bed but wanted him to pick something that was just his so I said ok. I will admit, set up was not that easy but I also did it on my own so probably my fault lol. After reading several reviews I went with a Novilla 10" memory gel mattress which fits perfectly (I wouldn't go any larger or with an un-flexible mattress). The bed does sit low to the floor which is perfect for my grandson but if you would like a higher bed, just purchase some lifters (not expensive at all). All parts came as noted but instructions were a bit 'vague'. However, if a 60 year old woman could figure it out, anyone can! There was an issue with the led remote which I received replacement for within 5 days which is unheard of.......KUDOS!. I would recommend tucking the remote receptor through back of bed so that the very end peeks through, you have a better signal that way, just make sure you bring it up through an area that is not going to be rubbed against. I found just inside the light frame is perfect. I would highly recommend this bed to anyone! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I like the low design of the bed and the length is perfect for my height at 5ft 7inches weight 134 pounds as you can see in one of the pictures the queen size frame is just right for me with legs stretched out theres about 3 inches of room The frame i ordered in queen size i think if you're of over 6ft tall you should order a king for the length. Be sure not to use a firm mattress over 10 inches thick or it will be a tight squeeze or may not fit unless its a soft memory foam mattress. If you have a small room and don't have room for a lamp this bed is perfect as the light on the headboard is bright enough so you can read in bed,and for led light lovers like myself this headboard is simply joy :) Highly recommend it will brighten up whatever room you choose to put it in :) ... show more

Like - Quick shipping, box has 4" hole but contents were not damaged. Instructions were fairly easy to follow, my 10 year old son helped with the assembly of his bed. The lighted headboard pops off easily, so make sure you tighten down the bolts when you slip them into the retaining bracket, had to adjust a few times until headboard was secure. ... show more

The product looks exactly like the picture. It is extremely low to the ground. It is basically on the ground. I had to buy some bed lifters for the bed. The only thing is didn't like about was how low it was to the ground. Other than that, no problems or compalints!
