They honored their warranty and are shipping us a new bed because they cannot replace the part. Frame is so sturdy, I have a frame that I spent 2k on and it wobbles so much. I bought this and it doesn't move at all. Love that the entire frame fits in the headboard for storage. 10/10 recommend. You won't regret.

Edit: I am updating my review as of 12/15/2023. I reached out to the seller about the bed and he was more than happy to resolve the issue without any hassle. Even allowed me not to return the original. Hopefully we have a better outcome this time. If I were rating purely customer service it would be 5 starts. I bought this bed back in the beginning of the year, but I didn’t assemble it until July. Ever since then it has been wiggly and not as sturdy as I would’ve hoped for, but all in all, it was a good bed. But it’s not a good bed. I’ve had two pegs split on me and multiple other ones that are starting to split. This bed is lasted less than six months and has held up against nothing. Nobody jumps on it. Nobody is crazy on it.
