This product has exceed my expectations so far. I will tell you, if you plan to mount them inside of your window frame, order 1/4 inch narrower than your window frame. Also order them longer than you need. You will be able to program the lower limits of the shades. Good product!

Product quality is great. We ordered two for matched windows - they were easy to install, set stops/change roller directions, and to pair with our bond hub (and ultimately Alexa). Additionally, customer service is fantastic. We reached out with questions and to customize material, and got immediate and helpful responses every time. Had a minor product issue, and they immediately shipped us replacement parts as well. I highly recommend requesting fabric samples. In addition to the basic colors listed, they sent a huge selection of high quality fabrics. We choose a textured blackout with a light gradient on it, and a wavy sheer fabric. Also recommend ordering your length with an extra inch or two, as you set the max stop yourself. Highly recommend, and we’ll be buying more. ... show more

We purchased 3 of these blinds, each was assembled differently. The last blind we needed was assembled with both of the blinds coming up and over which causes the blinds to rub against each other. The blind is more audible and the motor is obviously straining. I contacted the company and received no response. I have since requested they replace the blind, since it is obviously assembled incorrectly and have, as of yet, not heard back from them.
