  • Nice refresh for older PC with small power supply
I was looking for a low power graphics card to update a Lenovo Thinkcentre workstation into something usable for home use and light gaming (Roblox, Minecraft etc). The built in Intel chip based graphics were really low end. In addition the workstation only has a 240 Watt power supply. I did replace the sata drive with an SSD which compensated a bit for the power increase but I don't it would have mattered. Others have mentioned this card has a big wraparound heat sink since it's fanless. I knew that going in and I knew my x16 slot was right next to my CPU shroud. Well, I had to trim the plastic shroud a bit to get it to fit but I had a feeling I would have to do that. Just keep it in mind. The other issue out of the box is the HDMI port wouldn't work, only the DVI. In this case the latest drivers didn't help and I ended up having to flash the PC bios (it was way behind on updates) and that solved the problem. I've been happy with it ever since. No problems with power consumption or overheating. ... show more

  • Great card for an older machine!
Purchased the Zotac Geforce GT 730 Zone Edition with 2gigs of DDR3 Ram to upgrade an older PC. Acer Aspire M3910 that had on board graphics. I'm running a core i3 550 first generation CPU and purchased the upgrade CPU core i7 870 first Generation LGA1156 Socket. I haven't installed the new CPU yet because it doesn't have graphics capabilities like the i3 550 does. So I purchased the Zotac GT 730 to give me graphics before installing the i7 CPU. My process for installing the GT 730 was very simple. I opened my case installed the GT 730 and rebooted my system. My system booted into windows 10 and everything looked larger than usual. Windows 10 made it's own adjustments little by little. I didn't use the install DVD that came with the card. I did go to Nvidia.com and downloaded the most up to date drivers for windows 10 and the GT 730 card. Everything works great! I tell you all this because a few people have problems installing these cards. I know all systems are not the same but take the simplest path first before you update your bios or uninstall/install drivers. Most systems will recognize new hardware on their own. Do update to the latest drivers for your system tho. ... show more

  • Good day, For gamers who want a very good ...
Good day, For gamers who want a very good video card that at the price is a gem, this is the card, I have the Radeon R7 360 2GB video card, good card, graphics are up there, but if you play XP games, forget about it, no drivers. This card does have driver for XP and an overclocker called FIrestorm, easy to get, one thing I thank the fellow reviewers for is, the issue of old drivers on the CD, i went to ZOTAC and downloaded the latest drivers fast, found this card went to it and there is the download link to the latest drivers for this card, works in Win 7, XP and Linux. Graphics this card is a all round winner I do recommend, one thing, i have seen is this card tends to give the best graphics that the game can give, with out the need to do anything to it, I know a lot of people would say oh! no you have to overclock to get the maximum from the game. No issues as far as shipping or damaged product. ... show more

  • Exactly what I was looking for.
I was looking for a budget video card that would do video to three separate monitors at the same time. This one fit the bill. I was able to run connections to the VGA, DVI, and HDMI all at the same time. Installation wasn't any more difficult than any other video card is. It also came with two brackets in case you are dealing with a slim line model and not a full size desktop. Price was a little bit more than I was hoping for, but it works and that is about ask you can cask for. ... show more

  • This is a great 2GB Video Card
This is a great 2GB Video Card. It uses passive heat sink and it does not has the noisy fan that tends to fail after a couple year. I recently purchased it to use on a Dell Vostro 200 Mini Tower PC (2007 model) that I scraped the Window XP and installed Windows 7 64-bit. Before this new graphic card, I have a 512MB card that produced a Window7 Gaming performance rating of 3.8. After I installed this new 2GB video card, the re-ran the performance tool and it shows rating of 6.8. A dramatic increase in performance that I won't see dragging any more when I move folder around the PC desktop. I am very happy with its performance. The passive no-fan heat sink is warm but not hot in the PCI-e slot. ... show more

  • Cheap but good gaming experience.
This graphics card is good for entry level gaming such as lite gaming . It is good for putting it in old optiplex for gaming because it's cheap and a good performer for the money, this card is a lot better than the GT 710 10/10 would use this card for a build again.

  • Not for gaming
It is OK for the money, but you should just save up $20-$40 for a GT 1030 or the AMD equivalent. For me, CS-GO, Minecraft, Fortnite(low 720p 20-30fps) and also a little Bluestacks is enough for me. If you have a Ryzen 3 2200G or Ryzen 3 3200G, just use the iGPU. It is better in a lot of ways.

  • don't buy this card for 4K! Or Windows.
This card worked great until Win10 updated, then it installed newer drivers and the display is completely screwed up. Text is weird and there doesn't seem to be any red anymore. It's horrible. I reinstalled the original drivers and it fixed the color problem but every time you move the mouse all the windows redraw - so everything on the screen is blinking spastically all the time. This is horrible. I actually had it fixed for a while, but then Microsoft auto-updated to something called the Creators Edition or somesuch and totally screwed it up again. Then, when I told it to update the drivers it had the gall to say that "we have determined that these are the best drivers for you" what, the screwed up ones? I can't wait to get rid of this video card. I have spent the entire evening loading older and older drivers hoping that I can find the one just before it all fell apart. I'm all the way down to 388.13 and it's still buggered. Also, don't think you'll get off the hook if you're running Win7 - it works, but every once in a while the screen goes black, then comes back and says, "the video driver stopped working..." ... show more
