The Winch seems to work perfect on testing, but with one catch,,,, the 2 remotes do absolutely nothing, and their internal Batteries check out good. On the Pendant it works perfect, so I need to get in touch with the manufacturer which seems to be the only option... Updated, the manufacturer is not responding, and seems to be a mystery,,, however, due to no word in 2 weeks, I searched the Amazon page for the item and was able to find in Micro sized print an area that said to set the remote, which mentioned holding both buttons for a period of 3, or more seconds to activate it,,, Great, since this important tidbit of information was NOT in the instructions,,, anywhere... Thanks, but in the end they do work, so 4 stars due to incomplete instructions that caused a massive amount of frustration that needn't have existed. The end. :) ... show more

I expected the usual 'chinglish' but this was first class, very readable and grammar was excellent. My only issue was the font/image size. I had to put it on the copier to blow it up. Just mounted it have to do the wiring yet. I haven’t used it because of that came here. Seems good. Don’t know if the remotes work or not cause I’m not finished installing it but everything should be good.
