    • Don't waste your money
When they work the pictures are good. However one camera records 24 hours a day and the battery lazt one day. The 2 other cameras we have to take down about once a month to reconnect to the internet. Since it is past 30 days customer service will not do anything. They are from China so you have to wait and try to decode what they are saying. ... show more

    • Not reliable. We shall see if customer support takes care of the issue.
Received on 10 May 2021. Installed all four cameras, as well as two extra on 23 May 2021. Everything worked as expected. I noted that the cameras get very warm to the touch during operation. I installed them in under the eaves to avoid the sun shining on the housings. One camera quit working around noon on 30 May 2021 (less than 7 full days of operation). Another quit working at 16:23 on 1 June 2021 (less than 9 days of operation). The only answer from customer support so far is "please move the camera cable to another port". I did so, and of course the problem remains with the cameras. The NVR refuses to recognize the two "dead" cameras, and the activity LED's (on the Ethernet connectors) do not light. Customer support has not responded for two days. I went out late on the night of 4 June 2021. I pulled out my digital camera. The face of the two working cameras light up when viewed though the camera. The two "dead" cameras emit no light. I will update this review when I hear more from customer support. ... show more

    • It works.. Not the best out there but it was cheap.
This system works okay but if you want/need more cameras they are harder to find and very limited as no one wants to explain or tell which brands will fit this system I now own! I do wish I had at least one or two more cameras but I can live w/o them if I must. The system does like to reset it w/o any input from me to a screen where all cameras' are shown instead of just the four I prefer. I have no idea why it keeps doing this.. Someday I hope to find a better system and I doubt it will be this brand as they have poor customer service, IMHO. I do wonder a lot how they will work in the winter moths as my area gets super cold, like -40 degrees below zero! ... show more

Contacted customer support because my dvr box stopped showing picture on my TV. My tech support SUGAR helped me out Tremendously by replacing my box again thank you very much for helping me with my issue Sugar you're the best 😁
