OK Amazon finally fix the problem uploading pictures up here so I'm going to post some pics so you guys can see how sick and clear this system is.... ok well I see some people complained about this product but let me tell you what if you don't have any knowledge about dealing with this kind of technology or at least a little bit of patience to take time and check the manual then don't waist your time with this one or any other security system .. Cause let me tell you.this is by far one of the most easier system to setup .. This system have a majestic software really well just self-explanatory you barely have to do anything.fantastic night vision nooo I might say Incredible infrared night vision cameras ( never seen anything like this before) and day time omg!!! you have to see this for your self unbelievable beautiful.. also have a 1TB hard drive already installed so I can record any event without loosing any details.. Even more fantastic the work they did updating the cooling system on the DVR .. I was amazed to see the excellent job they did !! Hands up to you guys!! And the most important thing the zosi view app.. I never see an app connect so fast so simple and such an incredible definition .. Overall if anyone of you guys have a hard time trying to figure out how to get this product ready to go I will recommend you to contact the zosi group ..This great people will do whatever it takes to make sure you feel satisfied with your purchase .. Trust me when I say they will do anything just be patient contact them by email They will help you no question asked They will be there for you till the end !!!

The media could not be loaded. The Zosi DVR & Cameras are very easy to set up & I did the installation myself at home and found no difficulties during the setup. Live view is pretty good and I am quite impressed with the quality of these cameras. During the day & night, the picture is bright and clear. It records all channels and I can monitor it from mobile, tv, laptop everywhere. When I placed the order, it came super fast and communication with the vendor has been excellent. ZOSI support team is always helpful and responding promptly to customer queries. Before buying and after the purchase I contacted them to inquire about the product and always got positive response. I found it very Reliable & stable 24/7 system. Hard drive storage is enough for me. It supports up to 8 cameras which is enough for my home and the good thing is all cameras are water proof with with 24/7 Non stop recording & Night vision supports.

First off I want to say always trust the reviews but in this case you probably should. It’s an outstanding economic security system. It dose everything advertised. I love the 24hr payback feature . I learned how to use the whole system in about a week. It’s pretty self explanatory, You can mess around with the settings and pretty much learn how to use the system. Love the addition free stickers included, the mouse is compact and nice quality docent feel upper cheap. The system it self has a very quite humming noise , I’m guessing coming from the fan to keep it cool? The system is in my living room so you can hear anything I’m sure I’m a quite room you could hardly hear it. Pro’s: Super affordable Easy to use Docent look cheap, sleek modern design Works as advertised Installation is easy depending on how you install them in your home. Can hook up to 8 cameras! Free stickers and graphs to help install Outstanding Costomer service Con’s: There is definitely room for improvement for the software!!!! Had an issue with one of the camera’s after a rain fall (got resolved fast and easy) The only reason why I took a star off is cause after the first rainfall I installed them, one of the cameras got a lot of water and moisture inside the lenses making the camera blurry and unseeable to see (check photos attached) I seen it a few reviews with that so I took my chances and got the 3 year coverage and talked to a representative and they fixed my issue in less then 10 Minutes sending me a brand new one free of charge! Over all now extremely happy with my purchase. But I do recommend recommend spending the extra $20 for the 3 year coverage cause you never know if something like this could happen like this to you! Buy with confidence!

I don’t write reviews that often, but I wanted to write one for the seller due to satisfied customer service. I had this unit just over 3 months, and the unit started to shut down randomly, and I was unable to boot the unit back up (majority of the time), and when I did get lucky and booted the unit up (took me a few hours), the screen was nothing but unreadable lines (see picture). I contacted ZosiDirect via Amazon, and they were able to reply as soon as they can. They first offer suggestions on how to fix the unit such as updating the unit and switching the power supply. However, none of the suggestions work, and I asked for a replacement under warranty, and they agreed with no problems at all. The con is that you must pay for shipping which was just over 10 dollars for me. I shipped the defective unit with a label they provided and gave them a tracking number of the shipment. Afterwards, I got a message stating about the replacement, and received the new unit within a few days. The new unit booted up first time around, and I am happy to have the unit that’s affordable and works just fine. I just use the unit for 24 hr. offline monitoring w/o audio as other reviewers stated that the software and the app for the unit is not the best in the world. In my opinion, if you just need basic 24 hr. recording that not going to break your wallet, the Zosi brand is something to consider (based on my experience). Only time can tell how long this new replacement unit will last.
