!! OK Amazon finally fix the problem uploading pictures up here so I'm going to post some pics so you guys can see how sick and clear this system is.... ok well I see some people complained about this product but let me tell you what if you don't have any knowledge about dealing with this kind of technology or at least a little bit of patience to take time and check the manual then don't waist your time with this one or any other security system .. Cause let me tell you.this is by far one of the most easier system to setup .. This system have a majestic software really well just self-explanatory you barely have to do anything.fantastic night vision nooo I might say Incredible infrared night vision cameras ( never seen anything like this before) and day time omg!!! you have to see this for your self unbelievable beautiful.. also have a 1TB hard drive already installed so I can record any event without loosing any details.. Even more fantastic the work they did updating the cooling system on the DVR .. I was amazed to see the excellent job they did !! Hands up to you guys!! And the most important thing the zosi view app.. I never see an app connect so fast so simple and such an incredible definition .. Overall if anyone of you guys have a hard time trying to figure out how to get this product ready to go I will recommend you to contact the zosi group ..This great people will do whatever it takes to make sure you feel satisfied with your purchase .. Trust me when I say they will do anything just be patient contact them by email They will help you no question asked They will be there for you till the end !!!

I would like to say that I’ve purchased several ZOSI products over the years and have been mostly happy with them. It’s nice that this system is able to accommodate extra cameras and that’s why I bought it. I will say sometimes ZOSI products have some issues mostly with the mobile app but the camera itself has a nice crisp picture and great options for night vision. The audio quality that comes out of the camera is very quiet and not really useful in outdoor environments but that’s not why I purchased the system. I did have 3cameras stop working and Cathy at ZOSI support was able to get the replacement cameras sent out which I’m very thankful for but I wish they would’ve not stopped working in the first place. But, at least they did take care of the issue. I’ve had multiple issues over the years and tech support has been extremely helpful.

The media could not be loaded. The Zosi DVR & Cameras are very easy to set up & I did the installation myself at home and found no difficulties during the setup. Live view is pretty good and I am quite impressed with the quality of these cameras. During the day & night, the picture is bright and clear. It records all channels and I can monitor it from mobile, tv, laptop everywhere. When I placed the order, it came super fast and communication with the vendor has been excellent. ZOSI support team is always helpful and responding promptly to customer queries. Before buying and after the purchase I contacted them to inquire about the product and always got positive response. I found it very Reliable & stable 24/7 system. Hard drive storage is enough for me. It supports up to 8 cameras which is enough for my home and the good thing is all cameras are water proof with with 24/7 Non stop recording & Night vision supports.

Here is my story, I own a computer company and I have installed over 30 DVR systems for clients. So I have seen a ton of them. The one in my home was 6 years old, and the hard drive was dead and it was so old that it only worked with a very old version of IE and that just was not going to do any more, so on black friday I bought a new one. After looking around I tried this one. I put it in place, and hooked up my existing cameras and it works instantly. That is great. Then I went to install the software. This DVR has you set up an account online and then you can log into that account from various devices, anther great idea, and it made the config on 2 phones and 2 computers fairly easy to use.....But that is about it. When you first connect you have to add each camera separately to the camera software. You can't just select show them all. So I added them one by one, connecting slowly to each. I have never seen another software do this. If you close the software then when you reopen it it asks to log in again then it asks if "You want to reload the channel that was opened when it was last closed" You hit "Conform" and a few seconds later all of your cameras are connected. A nice touch is that, on my network, at least the cameras have very little delay, well under a quarter of a second. Their software however has a VERY small window. It takes up less than 1/4 of the width of my screen and less than 1/3rd the height, and there is NO WAY to make it larger. If you drag the window to move it and you are still moving when you release the mouse button it does not drop the window, but it seems to fly away, off the desktop. There is no way to access the software any more, you have to force close it and reload it. I have also noticed that it does this if you drag any part of the software off the right edge of your screen as you move it. Next I try to do the playback....Every time you click the playback button you just get a blank image that says ZOSI and you need to add the cameras again. Playback does not seem to have a way to save the layout. You have to click on the Device in the Device List, then click on a camera you want to add to the layout. You would think that should do something like show the camera, but no it only shows the history of motion on a graph for that camera.....so then you think that maybe you click on that graph to see the camera....but no that does not work...that does nothing. If you hold down the button on the bottom bar which shows the whole day, the top bar that shows just an hour will move.....but again you can't click it to actually show anything. Right click does nothing, keyboard commands do nothing. But if you right click on the Channel on the device list you get a play button and that finally shows the camera. So now you would like to move the camera view to the time on one of those timelines......well that is not going to happen. Even when playing back the video NOTHING you do to those timelines does anything to change the playback. You are given a few buttons, you have fast forward button, that you can change to different speeds, you also have a rewind one. I set the fast forward to 16x and rewind to 1x. If the video is stopped and you hit the fast forward button, then it will play back....AT NORMAL SPEED. Click again to go full speed....but no it is not 16x....it is closer to 8x.....and 32x is closer to 10x. And it goes even slower if you add more cameras. If you hit the record button, all the cameras in your layout disappear except the first one. Those other cameras are now locked until you stop them and add them again. I can go on and on but needless to say it is HUGE MESS. So after that I was expecting very little from the Phone app. And it was as bad as expected. So it does bring your layout back up....but it does NOT show you live video right away, instead it shows you the image from the last time the app was open. To get live video you have to click on EACH camera, and let it load for 2-3 seconds and them back out, then do that 8 more times. Once you do all of them it will work. If you click on the 4 camera view it will update those four a bit faster then you can swipe left to do the next four. Once it connects it has good quality and is fairly fast. Every time you swipe from one group of 4 to the other you have to reload, which takes about 8 seconds on the same wifi network and much longer over mobile data. Doing video playback on mobile is surprisingly easy. You simply camera, then a date then it shows you the timeline and you can slide up and down and it will play. You can even play back at faster speed. You swipe left and right to select different cameras at the same time. Does not seem like there is a way to jump to a specific camera. The fast forward 15 sec button seems to take 5 seconds to load each time, so that is a bit lame. All in all the mobile app is much better than the AVSS pc app, though I wish it was faster. BTW there is no online help for the PC app. It seems that they also have a web based app. First you have to install a server on your computer, then you access it from your chrome browser. Right away it is better than the PC app because you can actually make it larger! You still need to add cameras to the layout. BUT it does not save your layout....if you close the window and try to load it later, it will NOT work. I found that you need to stop the service and then relaunch it...rebooting your computer should also work. But do I really want a service running on my computer using resources so I can use this web connection. Trying replay does not work at all, even when you connect with a camera it will not display video, changing the date does nothing but update the timeline bar. In short the DVR itself is nice, and they tried but this is NOT ready for the consumer, which is sad and surprising for how long this as been out. I tried the DVR from the actual machine and it was ok. From phone, PC or web it just does not work.
