3 years ago I purchased a 16channel Zosi camera system, and it has had no issues. Recently we upgraded to one of their best available models, and we are beyond satisfied. The quality of the camera video/audio is superior. Unfortunately there was a problem with the HDMI port on the NVR. After reaching out to the seller, they immediately sent a new NVR in exchange for the defective one. I was having some issues with the password and I couldn't get around it. I finally had time to contact customer service and the tech was SOOOOOOOOOOOO helpful and fast. I don't care what the other reviews say. We have an outdoor system and an indoor one. We have had absolutely no issues with either systems. The picture is clear, day or night. The customer service was on point. We have had this system for about 3 years now. All started with a crazy neighbor. IT IS NOT A RING TYPE OF SYSTEM. It is a CCTV system. Still happy with our system. I was taken in by the number of good reviews and got burned. First off, the NVR device is garbage. - There's a 5 MINUTE loading time for EVERY single menu screen change. I am not exaggerating. - Selecting individual cameras to review is unintuitive and leads to egregious wait times. - The NVR does not support HDDs over 25 gigs. With 16 cameras, that's only 4 days of reviewable time. And then there's the cameras themselves. - In just over a year, right outside the warranty period, SIX out of the sixteen cameras died. - Singular replacement cameras will run you about $80-$90/each for the most basic unit. Lastly, the support is terrible. - You can only get support via email and it takes forever for them to respond. We're talking weeks. - Couple that with the fact that their English isn't great, so it is difficult to get them to understand your issue in the first place. - Be prepared for many curtly-worded emails that contain solutions that don't actually go with your issue. ... show more

Camera work well and not too bad to setup. The things I don’t like are the sensitivity level on the motion detection is waaaaaaaay to sensitive at the lowest level! It picks up every bug flying around the camera and I get too many notifications. I had to turn off notifications, so that feature is useless. It is a good camera to use if you are monitoring the screen live or to replay after something has happened. The other bad thing is the app sucks. You have to constantly refresh the screen and sometimes it just is buffering forever and says connection lost. I won’t be buying again. ... show more

    • Not for long runs. Updated NVR is MUCH better.

Bought this system about a year ago and had constant problems with cameras dropping off the screen. Worked with Slina to resolve the issues. It took some time to diagnose via email but eventually learned that the NVR doesn't put out enough power if for longer ethernet POE runs. Added a couple of POE injectors and it works much better now. Also during the trouble shooting we replaced the NVR with one that has a more current operating system and it is MUCH better than the original. The menus are more responsive and intuitive.
