First off I want to say always trust the reviews but in this case you probably should. It’s an outstanding economic security system. It dose everything advertised. I love the 24hr payback feature . I learned how to use the whole system in about a week. It’s pretty self explanatory, You can mess around with the settings and pretty much learn how to use the system. Love the addition free stickers included, the mouse is compact and nice quality docent feel upper cheap. The system it self has a very quite humming noise , I’m guessing coming from the fan to keep it cool? The system is in my living room so you can hear anything I’m sure I’m a quite room you could hardly hear it. Pro’s: Super affordable Easy to use Docent look cheap, sleek modern design Works as advertised Installation is easy depending on how you install them in your home. Can hook up to 8 cameras! Free stickers and graphs to help install Outstanding Costomer service Con’s: There is definitely room for improvement for the software!!!! Had an issue with one of the camera’s after a rain fall (got resolved fast and easy) The only reason why I took a star off is cause after the first rainfall I installed them, one of the cameras got a lot of water and moisture inside the lenses making the camera blurry and unseeable to see (check photos attached) I seen it a few reviews with that so I took my chances and got the 3 year coverage and talked to a representative and they fixed my issue in less then 10 Minutes sending me a brand new one free of charge! Over all now extremely happy with my purchase. But I do recommend recommend spending the extra $20 for the 3 year coverage cause you never know if something like this could happen like this to you! The media could not be loaded. I have been using zosi products for a while now and really impressed with the product quality and their customer service. This camera have unique call in audio and video function. Very similar to video doorbell camera function. When button is pressed phone notification displayed audio call, video call, and decline buttons. With the audio call pickup only display video of the camera but the video call pickup button two way video is displayed. I hope to see the tiny screen on video doorbell in soon future. ... show more
