What a great picture I had when it was working, it lasted through the night in vibrant beautiful color with the led lights on, went to have breakfast and checked the app while we were at the restaurant and it said off line.. I could never get it back on line. The lights that flicker at the connection point are no longer lit..😕 I'm returning this one and will try another, hoping it was just a fluke... maybe another brand?? ... show more

I have a 16 camera POE system. These cameras are newer model and have some kinks to work out, but Zosi support (Louis) has been very responsive and happy to do what is needed to make me (the customer) happy. After walking me through troubleshooting steps that did not resolve the issue, he sent a return label to ship the bad cameras back and sent a replacement. He also followed up to make sure I received the new cameras and that my issues were resolved. Although I think the product and app need improvement, the customer service has been great. I have a 8 camera POE system. 6 of the cameras are this type of bullet camera, and 2 are the dome style. I have had 2 of these cameras go bad with faulty power supplies. Support has been great to work with, even though it is through email. Working with "Hugh" and "Jarr" , they recommended several things to try while troubleshooting. When none worked they sent a return label to ship the bad cameras back and sent a new replacement. This is a nice system, and knowing they stand behind their product is a plus. ... show more
