I'm still working out some of the setup issues (learning a completely new system). Zosi/Jar, is very polite and easy to work with. I recently purchased this product for my house to be added to my HNVR. The first time I plugged the camera into the system the automated play and plug in feature only detected power and connectivity of the camera. So I decided to contact Zosi thru their live chat messaging. Jar from tech support was helpful, knowledgeable and resolved my issue in a time matter. I found out I needed a software update on the HNVR to control and operate the human detection and auto track feature from the camera.
