I started the set up with my fingers crossed after much research into what I wanted, I chose this one. I got the DVD as shown, and bought a nice size monitor that can be put on a wall. The software is simple and easy to click around and learn. One, then a second camera failed, at the start, and customer service responded and replaced them. So they do have good customer and tech support. The cameras are easy to set up, they do require you to run the wires all around. Aside from that it’s everything I wanted. 1- clear, with night vision 2- it records > it records for long periods before overriding I think a week or more not sure 3- I can view it when away > the company has an App that can be set up as long as you have a WiFi set up and modem at the home or office you’re putting it in. It finds and connects. The App let’s you see it from your phone when away. The close up pictures I posted are at night, as you see great night vision. and the monitor pic is day. 4- dome and weather resistant (although the only camera that gets some rain, rusts at the connection area, and we may have to relocate it) so I would say they are weather proof but not rain proof in my opinion. One camera is faulty. The sad reality is I live in the Caribbean and to return this it, will cost me more than 100 USD. Fortunately the problem was resolved.
