Worked perfect for home workout. I was concerned about having to fill the bag myself, but I was not as difficult as I thought it would be. I bagged up fifty pounds of sand in ziploc bag. I used that in the punch zone of the bag. I was able to fill the rest up with an old comforter and a million plastic bag.

The great thing about this is that you can fill it with whatever you like, that makes it easily movable. Buy some moving blanket to fill it they work well at a good price; I brought some for $8.99 each which way about 5 pounds each. You will need 5 good size moving blankets.

Quality is great, very solid and durable. Super easy to assemble and of course the value for what you're paying is pretty awesome. Filled it with a combination of old pillows and 70lbs worth of sand...works great!

I'm starting to get a little older but I got bored with my normal home workout so a friend of mine from work recommended getting an inexpensive punching bag for good cardio so I thought I'd give it a try. I have extremely strong hands after working on an ambulance for over 20 years but thin wrists so I was worried about punching a heavy sandbag until my wrists got used to the impact. I saw this empty bag that was complete other than fill and inexpensive and I had several king size comforters that I could stuff into it that would keep the bag light and soft. It ended up taking 2 throws, 2 king size comforters, and a pillow to fully stuff it. It's really long and great for punching and kicking. I ended up putting this up next to the washer and dryer in my basement so when I bring down my uniform to wash I have no excuse but to punch at it. Every thing you need is included with the bag including 4 bolts and hanging plate, a split 4 hook hanging chain, an open bolt hook, a locking carabiner, and a quick clip carabiner. They also included two wraps which I watched a few videos on to make sure they were on right and to support my wrists from flexing to much. The stitching on the bag is well done and seems to be well made. Even if I punch through this in a year it is still worth it in my opinion for a good workout. Plus it's really just fun to punch on. Recommended purchase.
