This kennel is nice quality and works well for indoor use. It only took us a few minutes to get it fully set up and the wheels installed. However, the design leads something to be desired… it’s not quite as easy to assemble and collapse as some other crates I’ve used. Taking it apart can actually be a little stressful because if you aren’t holding the correct sides or pulling up or down in the right places, the panels can fall pretty hard. Another thing to be aware of is that when the entire cage is collapsed, there is no latch or clasp to keep it securely closed for carrying, and there is also no handle. Because of that, it’s not the most convenient option if you plan to transport it often. It’s also not as heavy-duty as some other kennels I’ve used, so I wouldn’t choose it for frequent transporting of pets. The size is perfect for mosts small to medium pets. For cats, there is enough room to comfortably add a small litter box. I mostly use it inside the house when one of my chickens needs to come in for care, and I really like it for that purpose. It’s easy to move around for cleaning, and I can turn it so the birds can look outside. For around-the-house use, it works very well and I would recommend it if it doesn’t needs to be regularly collapsed. ... show more

This cage has a good gauge of metal and was a good size for our 4 month old Beagle pup but is a HUGE PITA to fold and unfold. We've had collapsible cages that were extremely easy to take down and put up but this is definitely not one of them. Would not recommend if you plan to use it in multiple locations requiring you to collapse it. ... show more

Easy to put together. Short enough to fit in my small car hatchback. I love the large size door. I own both a 30" one and a 36" one and they fit side by side in the back of my 2025 Outback. (i keep the rear seat folder down )
