So far so good battery life not near as long as stated but will make it to at least 50mph, fairly smooth and well built, company responds pretty promptly to emails and messages. Everything is fairly adjustable although I recommend a second light if using in dark country or rural areas at night. Overall happy with this scooter, only gripe is make sure to double check and tighten all bolts after setting up before riding then again withing 10 miles or so as they will loosen off after a few miles like most scooters and bikes do. This is my first e-scooter, and I have to say I’m amazed by it. It’s smooth, fast, stable and it looks great! Just be careful when you have it on turbo and dual, because the power and acceleration is incredible - you quickly get used to it, though. I found it easy to set up right out of the box, which is another plus. I recently thought I was having a problem with the breaks because I kept getting a red exclamation point sign on the display when I squeezed the left break. I emailed tech support and they got back to me the same day. Turns out that’s normal. I wasn’t getting the sign when I squeezed the right break, however..but they told me what to do and sent me a video to explain. All it took was a simple adjustment. Honestly, this is the best money I have ever spent on something. It accelerates like a rocketship goes 60 miles an hour and I can reliably get 50+ miles of range even when I’m ripping on it. If you’re on the fence, you should honestly buy now, you will have more fun than you would ever think. 11/10

The only reason it's a 4 star( now 2 after update) is I received the scooter, put it together, and it wouldn't go. I read the instruction manual, which was surprisingly in really good English. I went through the the p-codes and found out the p-15 code was set on 2. It was supposed to be set on 100. I thought I had a dud out of the box and was not happy at the time. It's a 4 just because it wasn't programed correctly to be able to ride it right out of the box. It seems fine now and if something pops up I'll do an update. Update second ride the rear brake locked up and I wasn't using it. Smoking a lot and now no rear brake ... show more

Had a flat tire but MetaMoov reached out and gave me free inner tubes! 5 star customer service that's amazing. The scooter is incredible, very fast, really good brakes, the neck has to be tightened regularly but other than that it's a great ride, I have over 1k miles on mine so far! Thank you guys!

Just got the scooter yesterday and I'll say that this scooter is super fun don't get me wrong. It's way faster than I expected. This def would be a 4-5 star review if I was able to contact the seller and get replacement parts for the parts that were damaged by poor packaging / bad parts in general / poor assembly. To start with, almost every allen key head on the scooter is rounded off like they used a power tool to fasten them. Makes it almost impossible to tighten loose bolts or even remove them. The key ignition seems very cheaply made and arrived broken fresh out the box. But the key still works, it's just lose on the handle bars and looks like it had been hit on something and is missing the piece that broke off of it. I did find the exact replacements for the keyed ignition but it only confirms it was cheap considering its like $10. The turn signal wires were very crimped from packaging and left some rough abrasions on the wire that will likely cause a short in the future but currently they work. These can also be found for $8 The headlights look nice but came with a crack in the lense. Few other scuff marks randomly around the scooter. The scuff marks I can look over but I feel I should be reimbursed for broken parts & stripped screw or given replacements at least. I shouldn't be stuck trying to contact Amazon support when all they want me to do is return the item. I also shouldn't be stuck feeling like I just have to deal with broken parts and stripped screws on something brand new and is practically $1500... ... show more
