    • They made it right.
Company sent me a new bike very quickly and sent a prepaid label for the defective one. Vendor is very responsive and want yo make sure you get taken care of. Put bike together and works well. I did remove the fenders, as they rub against the tires and unable to adjust. Bike has a few issues: Front wheel is severely bent. Both wheels rub against brakes and stop quickly. Cannot install quick wheel release as one side of wheel is sealed. Came with a few paint chips. When I tried to do a return through Amazon, I have to pay to ship the defective bike back!
