    • Did not work. May 4 arrival and still broke
The assembly was not that bad but it was impossible to get the bike out if the box without cutting it up. They omitted the quick release for the front wheel from the kit so I had to buy one at a bike shop...good thing they are universal so getting a replacement was not a problem.. After assembly no power to the control panel on the handlebar. You need to turn that on first to select the ride setting and have the throttle work to send power to the motor. It was difficult dealing with the seller because of the language barrier. They kept asking me to take a "photo". I did not understand how a picture would help. What they really wanted was for me to take a video of me riding it. The throttle apparently does not move the bike from a dead stop. You have to get it moving for the motor to kick in . I did take a video but even just a 5 second video required a file size over 25 MB so I could not email it to them. So after almost two weeks they are now sending me a replacement control unit and control panel ( from China). I have until First of June to return it. I may have to do that if the replacement parts do not arrive soon. The manual is really not very helpful. Lacks detail and English chop chop is not always clear. Instruction photos are the size of postage stamps so hard to really help. The seat is way way to hard for me (74 Male) and the handle bars were way to far forward for me. I have bought a replacement English Racer cruiser type handlebar from Amazon that is far more comfortable but have not installed it yet. I will need to buy a different riser to be able to make the switch but will not do that until I know I am keeping the bike. Stay turned for an update on the replacement parts. Also they wanted me to take it a bike shop to have them check it out. But without the motor running I can not ride it up the hills I would have to cover and the bike is too heavy for me to get it into the trunk of my car. Also later found out the bike shop did not want to work on it because they only work on models they sell. No local bike shops in my area sell this bike model or anything from ZNH for that matter. So at this point it has not been a good experience. I fear I will have to pay hundreds of dollars out of my end to ship it back. And I had to pay $100 shipping when I bought it. ... show more

I bought two bicycles from ZNH, bikes, commuter bikes for me and my wife my wife’s battery doesn’t wanna charge anymore so I contact customer service I sent five emails no response. Also, if you wanna write your review on their website, that’s impossible so I will suggest not to buy and not to deal with these people. ... show more
