Let me say that I have two of these, one is for my grandmother who just started using it and is already liking it a lot. She has trouble wiping and this has been a great help to her, As for me I love it just because I find toilet paper a waste of money and a disgusting precedent that really only us an America seem to be holding to out of habit. Those Charmin commercials are convincing apparently lol But truly, I got myself one of these after getting one of the cheap $20 ones like 2 years ago and finally just decided to upgrade and I'm more than delighted I went with this. There are three settings for the temperature of both these seat as well as the water, The fan could blow a bit harder but it does the job fine and puts out nice warm air also with heat setting options. If I had one real complaint it would be the proprietary attachment for the water line. If you get one of these you will love it to death but make sure you get a spare water line replacement in case of failure down the line because It does not use a standard screw on it uses a push in pipe system, I think it's called PE But definitely don't quote me on that. Needless to say it puts out plenty of pressure as long as it's hooked up properly and tightened properly, Definitely use at least alittle plumbers tape and if you were having an issue where it's still leaking from the toilet I would suggest replacing the inside water stopper entirely with one that has brass threading on the bottom. Because I had a huge leak problem for a while with one of them and I realized it was the PVC threading that was the issue, after I got brass threading for the toilet water connection from the tank it was a entire none issue every again and only cost me like 20 more dollars and a somewhat quick search on Amazon for one that I for sure knew had brass threading on the bottom. Unfortunately the toilet light it has is kind of a meager blue and it doesn't really light up very much, So it's kind of still hard to find in the dark but definitely easier than without it. Also it doesn't have any sort of motion sensor so it's either on or it's not and there's no timer for it either as far as I can tell, Just an old fashioned one and off click with the button. There are some caveats, for one the fan and sprayer are a little far back on the seat itself to the point where it's kind of hard to click the toilet on entirely to the included rail system. If not at all impossible, but despite the fact I haven't heard the click or gotten it on fully it does not seem to move really regardless so that's good. Another slight issue is cabling, I have an extension cable that was able to put up with the voltage no problem even when everything is maxed out. But if you get this and do not have a plug within reach of the fairly short cable you will definitely want to get an extension cable for it and make sure that it's able to withstand a space heaters worth of volts just to be safe. (1500Watts) Don't cheap out on the extension cable and risk burning your house down especially because ones that can handle those voltages are usually only about 4 to $7 more depending on the length you want. I ended up having to call in and get a replacement T valve from them and they went above and beyond sending me an entire secondary accessories kit so that's a great thing to have on hand for me personally later if something goes wrong, It came with another railing in case the one it's currently clicked into ever snaps on either of the ones I own, an extra T valve which is what I actually asked for and now I'm using in replacement of one that was leaking prior and pretty much all of the other things along with a spare One of their proprietary hoses. The person who contacted me was very understanding of the way I had to get in contact with them, I ended up being forced to leave a one-star review explaining the problem temporarily and they messaged me and I happily deleted it immediately after I was able to get in contact with them and get all of that settled. They started this stuff on the way pretty much same day and it took about 4 days to get here. Very forthcoming very understanding and very kind customer service that I would happily give that a 12 out of 10 And I will definitely be getting more of these if I ever move or even if one breaks I'll happily pay for a new one just because the customer service was so flawless I want to encourage more of it. Suffice it to say this device is well worth the money for what it provides alone and a huge bonus is the quality customer service that they give on top of everything. Pros and cons list below Pro's Very easy to install Gets very warm and has several settings for preferences Has a saved profile button to swap between preferences for multiple people Good pressure with water Astounding customer service support in comparison to other companies I've tried. Cons Proprietary T valve for water in the Bidet, may require replacing toilet tank water in thread section (The hose from the wall to the original tank itself) with brass threaded alternative to prevent leaks or stripping. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT A LONG LASTING BIDET! Worked for a year and then BROKE. I tried contacting customer support and guess what THEY TOOK THE WEBSITE DOWN. I had to call Amazon customer service to get the email for the company’s customer support. Once I did get the email as soon as they discovered that it was out of warranty THEY STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS. NO SOLUTION GIVEN TO THE LEAKING AND NOT TURNING OFF NOTHING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT

Very nice product which has been extremely helpful for my wife. The instructions for installation are a little vague, but the product has worked well. Great cleaning , warm seat and spray water, and looks good. The control panel is hard to see for those of us who are a bit "fluffy", and would probably been better off with the remote controlled version, but this one works very well, and the price was great on sale.

We have had zero problems with it and has worked reliably. I got the round one. It’s comfortable. One time it was installed by a guy who modeled our bathroom and the second time it was installed by my husband. Neither one of them complained every day that it was difficult to install. I would highly recommend.

Worked fine for 8 months then will no longer spray water unless the unit is unplugged for an hour of so. Once plugged in it works fine until it stops spraying again some time later. Cost was better than most, features better than most (for the cost), installation and maintenance were/are fine. This is my second full featured bidet and the heated ones always seem to break in under 18 months. I have a basic cold water one upstairs and it just works. Never any issues.

Very easy to install and comes with everything, besides a Phillips screwdriver, you'll need for a successful installation. Took less than 15 minutes to unbox n install. Works great n all the family loves it. It has a nightlight function but the control panel doesn't light up, the bowl does. The adjustments are easy to set. The pressure, temp n aiming are really good. Definitely buying another soon for the other restrooms. We got the elongated seat which really helps comfort n opening size It's bolted to a Costco brand one piece toilet. PS we love travel in Japan n this is like being there in the restroom 😂

I've used this bidet for awhile now and I can tell you it's perfect for its price and it's truly a steal. Does everything you need and more. Self cleans, material is sturdy enough, the fit wasn't perfect but That's due to me picking the wrong option since I didn't account for the back piece shifting it forward a little bit. Super easy to install.
