Install straight forward. 2025 Model has welcomed upgrades (safety GFCI on cord). Soft close and all functions operate properly. Fits GREAT! Great value! I had an earlier version and thought I was upgrading with the Alpha JX2; Then, I tried the BioBidet BB2000. Returned those low power, weak, and overpriced junk. Purchased the ZMA102 and very pleased. Better heated water and heated seat. I will be purchasing an additional ZMA102 for my other bathroom.

Edit after 11 months ownership: the nozzle started with a slow drip, maybe one drip every 5 mins into the toilet bowl, which I didn’t really worry about. Over two months it has progressed into a constant drip and almost a stream of water down into the toilet bowl. I tried to reach out to the company for a warranty claim and the website on the packaging that it was delivered with is no longer existent and I can’t figure out a way to make the warranty claim for a replacement. This is in a house with one person and it gets used only 1-2 times a day, so very light use compared to someone who might be married or have a family. Base on my experience, I’d say you should only expect this bidet to last for 8-12 months before needing to be repaired or replaced and that’s not very high quality or what I’d say most people would expect from this product. I'm four months into owning this and I can confidently say I'll never go back to not using a bidet. This one seems to function well, and it was a great price. I avoid not pooping at home because I can't go back to regular toilet paper. I'll probably buy a nicer one at some point in the future, now that I know what I've been missing out on. Then again if this one keeps going strong, then maybe I'll buy the same one again.

Day one: Installed it. Instructions fairly clear. Noticed a little leak - it was from me shifting the existing lines. Fixed and ready to go within 30 minutes. Day Two: Actually used it. Wow. Total game changer and already thinking of upgrading. So far, a few reasons I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5: 1. The, umm, nozzle? It doesn't seem to be adjustable... you sorta gotta do a little wiggle wiggle of your posterior to get it all nice and clean. I may move this to second bathroom and get a other one with controls on the remote. 2. While the drying feature is nice... warm air... it's aimed at the bowl (or straight forward at best) rather than aimed at the spot needing drying. Still feels nice though. Wasn't dry at the end (pun intended). 3. Not a biggie but... does it really need to announce to the neighbors that I'm sitting on my throne? 4. If you use a squatty potty (another game changer), and you're skinny like me, you may end up lifting your leg slightly off of the sensor that tells the bidet there is a person sitting. Took me a good ten seconds to figure out why the dryer wasn't turning on. Day Three: Wife gets home from work trip. Will see what she thinks! So. If you're wanting to try a bidet out, trust what everyone is saying - it is a game changer. No need to try it out first. This is a really good one but do yourself a favor and fork over a few extra bucks for a model that let's you control the nozzle with the remote. I'll add more if anything changes...

UPDATED MARCH 2, 2024 4:00 PM Upgraded to 5 star Received replacement unit yesterday, installed today. Works perfect. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend this brand due to their customer service. I didn't have to spend any additional $, and it just took a couple days longer. For the savings definitely worth it. UPDATED: FEB 24, 2024 6:00 PM Well, I'm impressed with the response from their customer service so far. Louis Lu, customer manager contacted me via email within 10 hours. Asked for some additional information and said they would send me a replacement unit if it still failed. Will keep this updated as we progress. So far, so good. Received 2 days earlier than stated, but when I installed it had 2 problems. First the documentation said there was a button C-4 to press to release attachment bracket, there was no button on device, second when I plug unit in to electrical outlet it trips the GFI circuit breaker (not a good sign for something you have to sit on!) Tried multiple time and verified the outlet. Decided to contact customer support, but there is no way to contact vendor, no phone number, no email address, nothing on box or 2 manuals included. Did some searching on web and found the name of company ZMHJ Bidet. Only thing on web site was a place to send a comment. They have 48 hours to get back with me or Amazon will get a return. My only guess is the unit is damaged. Unit looked fine all parts were in sealed plastic, so never been installed previously. Guess I know why it was on sale, buyer beware.

The media could not be loaded. Upgraded to an electric bidet and since this one was one of the best prices I found I went for it. Pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install. My only complaint is that the water pressure could be higher and could be a little faster, but other than that I love that I can increase and decrease the water pressure and seat temp. It has a power saving mode, but the seat always remains warm in this mode so not sure how much electricity it’s saving. You’re able to turn the whole thing off if you’re that concerned about cost savings and just use it when needed. I don’t use the air drying feature. Doesn’t seem to do the job all the way and the ‘massage’ function doesn’t seem to have any functionality. All in all I would but it again. As a sidenote, this need electricity, so you’ll have to either run extension cord into your bathroom or plug it into an outlet. I ran extension cord and then covered it up with conduit.
