I bought the 360 photobooths in December 2021. I waited till now to write a review about it after I have used it in a couple of events .and it was a good and solid product. The customer service was also very excellent. They responded promptly to my questions and concern. When the bubble gun sent to me was not working, they replaced it immediately. The arm should be designed to be stronger to hold a DSLR camera next time to avoid shaky rotations.

This photo booth is a good buy! The machine equipment is functional & super easy to use/assemble! I love all the accessory bags the photo booth came with that’s a nice touch! I love the LED lights their super cute & add a nice touch! The flight case is very nice & makes the booth very easy to transport with the wheels! The flight case does add another 50 pounds & is not for use on stairs but on ramps & elevators it’s amazing! I love that they send you a logo for free, The size is good & not too hard to maneuver! I initially ordered a 100cm & sent it back because it was way to big & heavy! I love my 80 cm booth! I’ve asked the seller many questions & they’ve been very professional & helpful! They answer fast & care to rectify any situation with ease! I would purchase from this seller again! They recommended me an ion lithium portable battery to use & I bought it & it works great with my 360! It allows me to operate wireless & fits perfectly under the booth I love it! Their are lots of additional things you need to buy to get into the photo booth business so just keep that in mind the booth is 1 of many purchases you’ll need to make!! I’ve been in business only a few months now & do not regret this purchase or investment at all! Wishing success on anyone who joins the 360 business!

Well built and easy to follow instructions. It was great to have it for the party. Only complaint is the legs for booth need to be removed (unscrewed by hand) to fit in case
