The arrival time of this was perfect as I just got through throwing out an old cheap elliptical machine this took the floor space for. I have another elliptical of professional grade elsewhere that works a variety of muscle groups as designed for as this does also. I found that this is very good for your feet, calf’s, hamstrings and most important gentle on your knees. If you have had any type of knee or leg injury and found stair walking difficult or most exercise equipment aggravates the old injury or surgery then this may be for you. Of course you can start out and work at your own pace, but most important the movement is smooth and gentle and not jerky or awkward feeling. Also, if you have gotten weak from sit down or idle time this is a good machine to help gain back movement and leg strength. I had my doubts looking at it in the ad, but getting it and using it changed my mind when I discovered it's unique properties and usefulness in a world of different workout equipment all with their own attributes as this one has. This is a keeper and user machine that won’t end up as another clothes hanger as many people have. It takes up very little floor space and is very simple to use. The adjustable column for hand grip height makes this a good fit regardless of your height (I'm 6'2"). I did not get it for the arm pull cords and doubt I will use them over my other equipment designed just for that, but is great for you if this is all you have. Surprisingly good stepper machine - it is compact, easy to put together and actually you can get a pretty decent workout on it. Here are the details: Compact: This is perfect if you do not have a lot of room but would like a cardio workout machine in your house - take up very little space - I would suggest getting some gym mats to go underneath it if placing on a hardwood floor and you want to keep it pristine. Good workout - while this machine is by no means the same as going to the gym it does give you a good workout if you want to use it on a day you don't go to the gym or a broader set of home workout machines. The stepper allows you to make some adjustments to your workout rate, it has a simple digital monitor to keep track of your workout time and estimated calories. The rubber band resistance bands give you the additional option of getting arm movement/workout into the routine or you can just hold the handles of the machine. Sturdy - this machine is surprisingly sturdy and not in any way flimsy - the stepping action is smooth and without glitches and the resistance rubber bands add an extra layer to the workout - the machine is easy to put together without any tools and you can get it all together in about 30 minutes. ... show more

The stepper machine was easy to put together. It's smaller than traditional stepper machines that are usually larger and bulky. I like this one because it's a great space saver yet provides a good workout. I also really like the handle bars because it's nice to be able to hold onto them sort of like an elliptical. nicely designed stepper that takes very little space, nicely made with high-quality material, heavy-duty, and very easy to assemble and use. the step's height is adjustable, and it comes with hand straps (resistance bands) and a small monitor/tracker that counts speed and calculates calories burned.

    • Well made and heavy duty
This went together very well and all the parts were there. Everything lined up and assembled as it should. This is a nice heavy duty machine, the wife and I are pleased with it. I am pleased with the sturdiness, it feels strong. This looks better and works better than I was expecting.
