Did exactly what it's supposed to do. Works great with my default PLA profile, and has a beautiful sparkly green finish that's perfect for Christmas decorations. And it came with a nice storage bag, cleaning filament and a filament sample. So bonus points for that.

Bought the red twinkle to print some Valentine's Day dinosaurs for my daughter's kindergarten class and so far I'm in love! First time using glitter so I wasn't totally sure how it would go. Had to raise my temps 10° (210/70) from my normal and it printed perfectly on the second try! So far, no issues with the filament itself. Also loved that the spool has marks so you know how much you have left! Print seems to be pretty consistent throughout with the glitter color, being that it's translucent I wasn't sure how well it would come out. But I love it! Highly recommend!!

This is a solid filament. Can see where it wears hard on nozzles. Not as "glittery" as shown but a nice change from a solid purple color filament. 5 stars for more GLITTER!

Feb 2025 update on another purchase. This ZIRO Diamond series filament is nothing less than amazing! I just purchased 3 more spools and am excited to try my 2 new colors. ** The extra little touches - first of all, the filament is well packed, see my photo. Obviously, the plastic spool is nice because it fits just about every printer. Besides, we can use our recycle bins, but the local counties/states only recycle 5-15% of what we sort (sad). Also, ZIRO adds a random sample of one of their filaments and a reasonably long piece of the nozzle cleaning filament, that’s amazing in itself!! One more thing, they include a resealable, light blocking bag to store your filament. If the coolness and quality of their filament wasn’t enough, they know how to treat their customers; I hope they stick around! I think this may be my first ZIRO brand purchase, but won’t be my last; WOW, even better than expected, in all ways!! Adhesion is perfect, if that exists, but I do use mouse ear brims on corners to be sure. I can’t say enough about the color and glitter, although I’m not sure I like the “glitter” term as it sounds a bit much. There is a bit of sparkle, but it isn’t overly the top. I often find myself replacing using this red over regular red because it’s so nice, even though it’s more of a brick red. I print on Ender 3 Neo and Bambu X1C @ 220°/55° and have not had issues at all, totally satisfied with this filament.

I generally like Ziro filament. It's easy to work with and the colors are vibrant. It works well in Bambus, generally. I haven't used glitter filament before because I've heard horror stories, but I trusted Ziro to deliver a good product. Big mistake. Issues: *It's EXTREMELY stringy *There's hardly any sparkle *It doesn't stick to itself well *After 1.5 prints it ruined my hotend and completely clogged it. This was a brand new printer -- my second Bambu P1S -- and I'd only printed with it a couple of times before. I had to replace a brand new hotend. :( I bought this in multiple colors and returned them all. Going forward, I'm going to be really cautious with Ziro specialty filaments.

I was a bit skeptical trying this brand at first, but I have to say the folks at Ziro have really got the formula right with their diamond PLA. I think its important to note that I use a 0.6mm nozzle with this diamond PLA, and other sparkle filaments I have used. I tried a couple other brands of sparkle filament and they would print decently for maybe 10% or 20% of the spool before clogging the nozzle, despite the large-ish opening of the 0.6mm nozzle. Not the case with Ziro. I have had no clogs at all after going through at least 5 spools of Ziro diamond PLA, in various colors. The particle size of the glitter specks is very fine, and I have to assume that size is well regulated so no large pieces get in the filament mixture (which is typically what causes clogs in some other brands). I print this with the same slicer settings that I use to print Ziro PLA Pro filament and standard filament from other brands, and it prints great every time. You can expect your prints with this filament to look more or less like the photos shown on the listing, but there is a sparkliness when held under light which the photos don't quite capture. The filament diameter is consistent (measured with calipers), and the bed adhesion is good. This is not a brittle filament like some silk filaments. I have found it to be every bit as strong as standard PLA filament. I'm very pleased with this product and will continue to order more. I have noticed the price has increased a bit in the past several months but I believe it's justified. The price does reflect the quality you should expect from this filament.
