    • Heasboard is missing the USB ports. Which was part of the reason we liked the frame.
Sturdy frame. Easy to put together. Have had no problems at all with bed bugs as I read above;ut where are the USB ports. They're simply not there. We thought thatbwas xuch a cool feature and for it to be missing is.a huge disappointment and I feel like we should get some funds back as we didn't get what we purchased. ... show more

Was not impressed with delivery. Scheduled for April 9th and didn't receive until the 22nd. Also was delivered around 12:30pm when the window was 3-6pm. The frame itself is great. Was super easy to put together and they already had the screws in their holes to make it even easier. My kids helped us build it and it took the 5 of us about an hour. One of the cables for the USB port was damaged but it still works. My main question when purchasing was if it was a 2 prong or 3 prong plug and it is 2 prong. The USB ports connect to a single spot and then there is 1 cord to plug into the wall. Took me 3 weeks to choose a frame that held more than 500lbs and that i actually liked and I am happy with my choice. ... show more

So frustrating because the bed was already all assembled before we realized USB did not work. Way too cumbersome to try and return. I asked the company to send out a new headboard and they refused. Terrible customer service

Great bed! Very easy to set up. Couldnt be happier with quality. Strong and durable. Great product. Only issues is shipping. It took me two months to get it in. Due to size it keep getting rerouted and took way to long to get it thats why i only gave three stars!
