I was fed up waiting for the bed I ordered a full eight months prior from Valyou furniture, so I cancelled that order and set about researching a "replacement." It didn't take me long to notice this one due to the very high rating and also the very high number of people who rated it. Three days later it was set up in my bedroom and I (almost) couldn't be happier. Here are some specifics. First, pay the extra money to have it dropped where you want it inside your home. It's heavy--I'm 6'2", 300 lbs and would not want to carry it upstairs alone. Second, everything is zipped inside the back of the headboard. Very clever and efficient packaging. Third, if you have someone helping you DO employ both allen wrenches provided. You will literally work twice as fast. One wrench is standard and the other is a nifty wratcheting allen wrench. Next, the directions do not have any words, but the pictures do tell the whole story of the (simple) assembly. Words would have helped, as I misinterpreted two steps. That's why I subtracted a star from both "Easy to assemble" and "Instruction quality." But everything is so easy that it wasn't a big deal to go back and make the corrections when discovered. All told I would say that everything took less than an hour from preparing the bedroom to make room for the frame, unpackaging/building the frame, making the bed on the frame, and tidying everything up. Now, this is one very impressive bed! It is extremely sturdy. It is extremely handsome--pictures don't do it justice, frankly. The gray upholstery is surprisingly high quality--thick and soft. It's an unbelievable deal. And to think I almost paid $900 from (horrible) Valyou and waited eight months (and counting) when I got this baby for about $240 in just three days. An incredible value. If you have made it this far, pull the trigger.

First Impressions: There's not much to say besides the fact that I LOVE this bed frame! The look, feel, color, design, fabric, and every thing else about this bed frame is on point! I just moved out of my parents house for the first time ever and I wanted to pick something that would look absolutely adorable in my new studio apartment. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this bed frame! The color is just a tiny bit darker than it appears in the ad pictures but don't get me wrong, it's gorgeous and pictures just don't do it justice. I have the Zinus green tea memory foam mattress and it fits the bed frame perfectly. Nothing hangs over and there is no "extra" space around the mattress. My mattress is supposedly the 12 inch but I'm 99% certain that I received the 10 inch. It's the perfect height for the bed frame. Since my apartment is so small, side tables aren't an option so the fact that this bed frame has a flat top, where you can set things, is an added bonus. My boyfriend and I keep our phones charging on the top of the bed frame and it works wonderful so we can hear our alarm. Problems: I do have one complaint with this bed frame, however. When I received mine, putting it together was a struggle because one of the boards to the frame that the plastic legs screw into didn't have any groves inside the hole. We had the hardest time getting one of the legs in because we had to hammer it in to create grooves because there were none. This only happened for one of the bed legs. The rest had the grooves inside like they were supposed to. I am not taking a star off for this because 1. I think it was just a factory mistake and probably didn't affect very many of these and 2. It wasn't a big enough problem that I had to return it. Other than that, this bed frame was very easy to put together with a couple other helping hands. Shipping: The shipping was awesome. It got here on time and was boxed beautifully. The box had visible damage, as expected, but nothing inside was damaged. The box weighed a TON so this is definitely not the most "moving friendly" package especially if you're moving far. If you are moving far, I would recommend waiting to order this product to your new address instead of trying to haul it around. I knew this was the case as I could see the shipping weight but it was not an option for me. So, even though this box is heavy, it's definitely not impossible to move. It is difficult to get up stairs, however, so I'd recommend getting your strong friends to help! After Use: This bed frame has held up wonderfully and I've been sleeping on it for about 5 months. It is very sturdy and will withstand whatever activities you choose to participate in on top of it. I haven't noticed much bowing in the wooden boards underneath. I tend to flop down on the bed without caution and it doesn't budge one bit. It's not squeaky, and doesn't crick and crack when you move around, get on, or get off the bed. It's 100% silent 100% of the time no matter what it is that you're doing. Overall: Overall this was a wonderful purchase and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a classy looking, reasonably priced, bed frame. I've even bragged about it so much that my sister is going to buy the exact same bed frame when we move in together next semester and I would even purchase this product again. I absolutely love it. If this review was helpful, please let me know! EDIT: Now after having this bedframe for 6 years and three moves, it has started to squeak over the past few years. It makes noise getting on and off and while moving around on top of it too. I'm not sure if it's something that can be fixed with some WD40 or if that's just what happens but it hasn't been a big enough problem for me yet, but it is a little annoying.

The value for the cost is amazing! I was concerned it may not be, because the cost is so great, but it’s worth double what they are charging! The quality is very higher end, the material is rich and sturdy and the base is solid! My husband said it had very clear assembly instructions and they even provided some tools to assemble it. I ordered it when I saw another review that said, “Do not hesitate” and I’m so glad I did! I wish I had more beds to order for! Do not hesitate! It’s such a find!

The box was delivered and it was very heavy. I had to wait for my husband to get home to move box inside. I love the way all the pieces to the frame are zippered in back of headboard…compact and well organized! Very easily assembly, instructions were well written. The slats come with Velcro to secure to frame. The whole platform bed is sturdy, have not noticed any squeaking at all. Ordered the grey sand color which is a light gray in person. Great bed at a great price… Highly recommend!

Hear me out… Assembly took 2+ hours & here’s why. I’m almost 38 wks pregnant, solo without help, stopped to watch The Adam Project, ate Cheetos & took 3-4 bathroom breaks. I’ll return in 30 days after testing comfort & quality. +\- star ⭐️ The bed frame is dark grey, decent quality padded headboard. Great price. Easy assemble. Plenty instructions. I knew that I wanted it from the reviews. Also, my partner has this in Queen size. I had been sleeping on his for weeks without knowing. Got one for my place in Full after showing him the link. Cool coincidence. Tips: Leave the screws loose & fit the side pieces on snug. Then tighten all of them at the end. I made a mistake & doubled back several times b/c it wouldn’t fit. Slats have Velcro for easy fit.
