    • Solid and well priced
Color: Dark Grey Size: Queen Style: Platform Bed with Storage
I like this so much that I bought another one within a couple of weeks. Fully assembled, it has a better quality and sturdy than I expected at this price point. The drawers roll under the frame and have an attachment point so that they stay put. The design is clever and functional, and I appreciate the extra storage drawers. The basic bedframe went together in under an hour, and the drawers took another 30 minutes. Instructions were better than average, and all of the pieces were properly manufactured and all of the screw holes perfectly lined up. Fully assembled, the only problem I had was that my mattress slid around on the frame until I added friction tape to the perimeter. One of my favorite things about this is THE RATCHET. It's a special tool that fits all of the screws and makes the task of setting this up much easier. ... show more

Very easy to assemble. Very sturdy very nice and elegant. The height is fine. It’s a little low to the floor if you don’t mind but I like that you don’t have to use a boxspring for it. I haven’t had no issues. I like the storage and for the price it’s very good. I was actually surprised. I wasn’t expecting this to be honest. ... show more

    • Not too bad, drawers slide all over the place.
Color: Dark Grey Size: Full Style: Platform Bed with Storage
Took a while to assemble but generally pretty good and nice quality. The drawers under the bed are not on tracks, just castors that slide around on the floor. They can slide left and right; not just in and out - which is the kind of annoying.

    • Worst Customer Service!
Color: Dark Grey Size: King Style: Platform Bed with Storage
Thenproduct came incomplete, missing part U. The amazon site could not provide support for said part and re directed me to Zinus directly. After more than a month of conversations with Zinus, they never were able to provide the part. Their excuse was that FedEx was not able to ship to Puerto Rico because it was not a ground service. They only said if I had a person in the Continental USA to ship it to. What then? I asked, basically I would have to cover additional expenses and waiting time on their mistake. To date I was not able to get any kind of resolution from Zinus. When it comes to Customer Service its a negative -10 on my end. Do not recomend this purchase if outside the Continental USA. Oh, yes. I had to repack the full item and return because of their mistake. ... show more
