The bed is comfortable and chic looking. The headboard adds a good touch. It is a little difficult to assemble especially if you’re doing it alone. The storage is good. Although, it is a mesh/grid frame, you cant place smaller items. It is really good value for money

Don't buy!!! The overall frame is pretty light and flemsy. No way to hold the mattress in place, the storage location are quite badly designed and cheap. They used the be a great brand, now it's pretty much use it a bit and throw it away.

My son has been using a metal bed frame and had been asking for a soft headboard. I had the opportunity to order and use Zinus’ Billie Platform Bed Frame in grey color and queen size. This is a really nice bedframe that has a headboard and side rails, a footboard and 4 drawers. ALl of the pieces are upholstered with a moderate amount of padding. The style of the bed is platform. It includes a full base with slats so no boxspring is needed. The headboard is padded enough with foam to be comfortable for him to sit up against, and he loves that the headboard height was adjustable so we could get it to his perfect liking. The grey color is on the darker side and perfect for his style. This is very modern and sleek looking, and it changed the vibe of his whole bedroom! The frame is made of steel and wood, and once assembled is very sturdy. While he is on the smaller side, I appreciate that the weight limit is 700 pounds, so it will be durable enough to handle him and should last a long time. There is no squeaking or other sounds at all. The one downside with this is the drawers, which are wire baskets with rollers on the lower side. They roll in and out but there are no tracks, so they take some maneuvering to get in, out and straight. The drawers are narrow so they just can’t hold a lot and without anything sturdy along the base, anything small slips through. The drawers just are not very functional, but when they are closed, the side rails do look nice. Considering that this is a very value priced bed, the side drawers are a downside that would not stop me from ordering it again. This included all needed tools, though my husband used his own. It was a lot to assemble but it wasn't difficult - the instructions were good and it was just a matter of following them step by step. In total it took him between 2-3 hours to assemble. Overall, the quality is nice, it looks really nice, it’s sturdy and is a solid bed frame where you do get a long of bang for your buck. ... show more

Great! Easy to assemble, drawers could be bigger and the way the drawers lock in are a pain, I’m going to replace the bolts with magnets. Other than that super great especially for the price.
