I had very low expectations of this chair. I thought for sure it would be a return item. This was my 3rd attempt and finding a living room chair that was neutral enough to blend in with my living room which is neutral boho, and also a chair that was comfy. This chair has become the most used piece of furniture in the house. It is very neutral and very comfortable. We absolutely love it. The assembly was an absolute pain. The numbers on the parts of the instructions were not the same as the stickers that were on the pieces. I've seen this before with Zinus products so we weren't surprised. These chairs are very comfortable, quite large, and easy to put together. HOWEVER! The dark grey is more of a blue-grey. I tried for 3 weeks to get either Amazon or Zinus to send me only replacement cushion covers, but they both refused. They said I could return the chairs, get a refund, and repurchase. Isn’t that incredibly wasteful? I have no way of boxing up these huge chairs, getting them shipped back, waiting for a refund, then re-buying them. So make sure you are okay with blue grey if you order “dark grey”, and keep the boxes until you are comfortable with the color. I’m bummed, as blue does not match the room at all, but I suppose I could try to dye the fabric. Ugh! Zinus has up to now, had excellent customer service, I’m disappointed but it’s obviously not the end of the world. ... show more

Pro: The illustrated assembly instructions were clear and easily followed. The frame is sturdy and does not wobble. The sling design makes the seating very comfortable. Took me about 40 mins to put this together.. one of the screws did not align with the hole but the rest were fine. I didn't think I'd be happy with the chair but let me just say.. it is very very comfortable!!!.. I love the sleek n modern look n the high back is perfect, so you can rest your head. I'm lounging in it as I'm writing this review 😂 Anywho.. I paid $100 cause I had a discount but I think for a chair it's a little over priced but it does seem as if it will hold up over time. Anything from Zinus is top notch. This chair is very well made and beautiful. It's very comfortable and wide. I was going to buy the same type chair for $700 so I'm glad I found this one. It's almost identical! The assembly instructions are so easy to follow which makes it even better.

This chair was exactly what I was looking for for my bedroom! Pretty straightforward to assemble just read instructions carefully. This chair is super comfortable! The pillows cane vacuum sealed and were fully fluffed in about an hour! Highly recommend this super affordable chair!
