Bought this for my son’s twin bed. We went from a loft bed and needed a box spring so went with this one, so glad we did! It’s sturdy enough that I feel like if he jumps on his bed it won’t break or anything like wooden box springs can. Super easy to put it together, took me about 20 mins and that was with two kids crawling all over me. The screws were easy to put in and it came with three tools that allow you to pick what’s easiest for you. The directions are pretty simple pictures that show which part goes to which, but it doesn’t take a lot to figure it out. It’s not heavy for meting all metal and the top cover fits snug, it also fits perfecting it a twin frame. There’s also no creak noise when my son got into bed so that’s nice too. Oh and I didn’t have to wash the cover because there was no smell so that was also convenient! Over all 10/10! Might even get one for my cali king, now that I know it’s easy to put together and way more sturdy then the wooden box springs. Definitely going to recommend!

Assemble can be super easy if the metal sticks are 100% aligned, but that wasn’t the case for me. I assembled it by myself and it took me an extra hour (of 3h total) to assemble this because a couple of the sticks wouldn’t align correctly so I had to put a lot of strenght to make them fit. Overall, once assembled the frame is pretty sturdy and fulfills its purpose. Delivery could have been better, box came a bit ripped and I was scared it was going to open on my way to my apartment (it is quite heavy, ideally 2 people would carry it with no problem. 1 person can carry it with a bit of effort but it’s super possible)

It’s PERFECT! 1. IT GOT HERE 3 DAYS EARLY! It was an amazing surprise 2. I’m very bad with directions that are complication due to my ADD so building things by myself is difficult. I’m also quite tiny and weak due to other ailments HOWEVER this item was so incredibly easy to assemble I was able to do it ALL BY MYSELF!! The parts weren’t overly large and once assembled it was easy for me to put on the bed all by myself too. The instructions were phenomenal too. Easy and intuitive I felt like a super hero. So if I can build this in 30 or so minutes I’m sure you can assemble it easily too!! It’s also holding up nicely!:)

Videos always show perfect day setup with no quirks or murphy laws. The slats are held by plastic tips that end slats POP up that requires adjustments not for the normal person. A tool is provided for structural fixes though not explained or shown on product video. A few worse case scenarios not that is worse would help. Emailing company doesn't work as emails are blocked and slow reception on phone listed here on Amazon.

I would’ve gave this product 5 stars, but I spent 10 minutes trying to place the middle vertical bar that stated UP. However, the yellow sticker on the bar stated up when it should’ve been flipped. Someone was sleeping on the job, but overall the product appears super sturdy and durable! The top part of the middle bars also had a weather strip/nonslip material going on so that the bars weren’t metal rubbing against metal and I loved that feature. The directions were super easy to follow too and I love the fitted box spring protector that was included. I would recommend this product and I would even by it for myself if I didn’t already have one!

We upgraded my daughters frame from a platform to a traditional style and I was dreading getting a box spring. I had no idea these assembly kits existed. Made everything super easy. Packed very well and came with ratcheting tools! Took about 10 minutes to put together and stronger than any wooden box spring you can find.

Once you figure out which way is up its pretty much a breeze!!! Make sure you assemble in the room its going in because it won't fit thru some door frames. But it is sturdy and you can always take it apart if you move, something you can't do with a regular "Box Spring". WHY??? Do they call them BOX SPRINGS, when there is no springs??

This is a sturdy foundation to rest your mattress on; it comes with all the tools needed - and has a Knitted Polyester Cover, similar to a fitted sheet, to put on the "box springs", after it is built. We put it together in minutes - following the *numbered* pieces diagram (that's all it comes with .. no actual words/directions to read). I do wish the Knitted Cover was slightly longer, as we had some difficulty getting it to wrap around all 4 of the corners - the width was acceptable, but we struggled getting it to cover both ends of the CA King bed Foundation. (See photos) We purchased (separately) a full-zip-enclosure to completely encase the "box springs/Foundation".
