Easily the best and most comfortable bed I’ve ever had. I paid 3x as much as I did for this mattress and the Zinus brand is better. No joke. I sleep like a rock since receiving this. Came in a box, so awesome and easy to carry for me (about 80lbs). Built in USA so you’re supporting your fellow country people vs some other country that has crappy QC. The customer service people are great too. I called them to register my bed with the warranty they offer included in price and the lady helped me out, was pleasant, didn’t wait on hold for even 5 mins. Zinus has their stuff together and I’m a believer! I bought on a cyber Monday deal but even the regular price far exceeds paying triple for an inferior product with a good brand name. You spend 1/3 of your life in bed. Might as well do I in style and have enough money left over to buy a foundation from Zinus and a couple hundred bucks to spend on a new comforter, sheets, new pillows and dinner at a high end restaurant. This is a no brainer type of deal and my life has changed since I rolled the dice on this brand I have never heard of before. I’m happy to report that instead of tossing/turning on my old pillow top bed I literally fall asleep fast and wake up in the same exact position. The frame is made solid so no squeaky sounds upon laying down, solid feel too. Do what I did and grab a matress and the frame and I even have 14 inches under the bed to store and stow away items that would never fit under a standard bed with box spring. I can’t say enough for the overall experience with Zinus and my excitement rubbed off on my Mom who purchased a full size at regular price for her guest room bed. She then told my aunt who also bought a queen like me. The feeling of not being tired after sleeping 6 hrs/night is priceless! My back pain has subsided, my deep sleep mode is stellar, and my life has been exceptionally better all because of this mattress and frame. Im in sales and honestly could go door to door with this product and be very successful selling these. They sell themselves! 2024 update: After having this bed for a little over a year, I can say for people weighing 200lbs or more, it doesn't hold up well in the long term. I've read that for heavier weight people, a hybird is ideal, so I *will* be giving Zinus another go, just a hybrid style instead of this one. I don't regret my purchase at all! It's just not long-lasting, as is said to be. Sure it can support the weight of 500lbs total...but only for a limited time. The affordability of Zinus is definitely a huge sell point, because it really is a comfortable short-term solution. Specifically the issue is after about half a year, it starts to lose its ability to regain shape, and so there is a sunken spot of the mattress where I slept. It's a very significant depression, and with my chronic back pain, it's definitely worsened it. So long as you are willing to buy a new mattress after a year (if you are someone weighing 200lbs+ or partner weight combined is 400lbs+), this is still a great *budget* choice. orig. 2023 review: I've been sleeping on mine for a month, with it having been slept on by my partner for 2 months prior. It's honestly the most comfortable bed I've had in years. Given financial difficulties, I couldn't afford to get a fancy bed like Helix or a Casper or Purple, but I didn't want to get just anything. The last two times I got a mattress from a mattress store (clearance), the bed broke on me within the first month and I had to just live with waking up falling off the side. I was so worried about it happening again, but with Zinnus Green Tea it always rises back up. It can be a little difficult to get up and out of it given it has little to no bounce (I have chronic body pain and some limited mobility), but ultimately it's so comfortable and affordable, I can live with that. Even not for the price I'd say it's a great option. It's a medium plush kind of feel (I tend to go for the softest of soft, but the support here is nice for both mine and my partner's back pains without being hard). All in all, if you're hesitant about trying out this mattress but want a comfortable memory foam-type budget mattress (like say, you've just moved across country with no bed -waves-, or you're a college student needing something comfy), this is definitely worth your try. I genuinely am comfortable keeping this bed even once I have money for something fancier. When I replace it, it's going to be a beloved guest bed! ... show more
