I purchased this after reading many comments that said it helped their backaches. I've had a problem with mine for months and figured maybe my mattress needed changing as it is pretty old. But, who wants to spend a goldmine for a mattress!! The prices are out of sight these days. So, I opted for a mattress topper, this supposedly being the best. While my backache has not been cured (I found out it is the sciatic nerve) the topper is very comfortable and I am not sorry I got it. I do get a better night's sleep even with my back problem. When it came I rolled it out and it happened that the green side was on the bottom. You'll notice in the picture on the website that the green side is up. That's not the way mine was rolled out, so I contacted the seller via email and within a day they answered. That is great customer service in my book. There are some where you have to wait weeks for an answer. If you order and it rolls out so the green side is down, flip it over. It is supposed to be on top, although it's comfortable the other way too. I know because that's how I slept on it the first couple of nights. I would definitely recommend this topper. ... show more

So I had a problem with conventional mattresses. They all broke down and bowed on me, no matter the brand and no matter the cost or style. Be it spring or foam types. So I gave up and went to a cheap $50 air mattress haha, no more issues! I'm hooked on this method now and it's cheap. Anyway, just one problem. Without insulation the air will cold in the winter months if you don't like a warm room. Here's the fix! Just lay this down on top and keep off the cold air in the mattress. Anyway, this is what I'm using it for. I like the extra bonus with a little give, as I like having the air mattress blown right up hard and firm. This adds some softness but it's not thick enough to allow my body to bow which my back hates. The price was right too. I'd buy this again! ... show more

This was a replacement placement. After years as a nurse in a acute care setting and multiple back surgeries I needed the support of a good mattress but due to scar tissue I need the support and comfort to handle the scar tissue pain. This is your answer! My only suggestion is with the vacuum packaging used now after you unroll it let it set for 36 hours not 24 hours it takes this long for it to fully expand. Final dimensions 79" x 58" and 3 3/4" thick. Took over a week to expand but I am very happy with the final product. Using it by itself for a cab over camper and it is thick enough and very comfortable. Size isn't too much of an issue as I need to cut it down anyway to fit my application.

I needed to replace my old mattress topper. It was giving me hip and lower back pain. This topper fit my bed perfectly. I did not notice a smell like other reviews have noticed. I let it air out for about 6 hours just in case. Lost one star only because a dent will take a while to fluff back up if I have sat on it for an hour or so. Not a huge deal. Basically a much needed make-over for your impossibly expensive firm orthopedic mattress. Wait I am not bsing you. This $75 4 inch memory foam topper saved me from buying another mattress. I have chronic back pain and knee pain bulging disks and being comfortable in bed is important to me after a long 10-hour shift standing at work. Honestly this is what you are looking for if your mattress is too hard. It comes in a box, folded in half, vacum-sealed. It needs at least 2-4 hours to fluff up. I paired it with the Coop extra thick mattress topper $55 ballpark (white 3 inch topper in picture) so I get a total of like 7” of plush/memory foam goodness on top of my 10” orthopedic matress. Overall happy with my purchase. Trust me and buy it! You eon’t regret spending these $75 at all, at least that is my opinion. ... show more
