Queen 14” - I had to write this because so many had issues with the sides not being firm. I had the same issue and was going to return it. I’m so glad I didn’t! First of all, it came fast and was packaged in a way that it could be opened without exploding. My 20-year-old (just home from the army) thought his way was better and was thrown across the room. That alone made buying this bed totally worth it. Anyhow, once the bed was open, it plumped right up. We had to sleep on it that night and it was sooo comfy but the sides were droopy. So droopy that I fell out of bed. Not as hysterical as my son getting launched, but still funny. After a few days, the bed was more amazing and cozy but the sides still sucked. I started my return but, due to work, I wasn’t able to follow through. Thank goodness, because after about a week and a half, the sides and corners firmed up, PERFECTLY!! I added a topper because I like a little more fluffy feeling and now it’s perfect. BEST MATTRESS IVE EVER HAD! On a side note, we bought this mattress because on of our daughters bought the 10” mattress for the guest room and we loved it every time we stayed there. So, I can say that I HIGHLY recommend this mattress to anyone! My husband and I are 60ish, with bad backs and knees, and he’s 300 pounds. We both sleep like babies and have, significantly, less pain. Getting up in the mornings are so much easier now. It’s like a miracle. Just a hint, we ordered a bunkie board because we no longer use a box spring. This makes tucking In sheets way easier and protects the mattress from breaking down underneath, (over time) where the frame slats are. So to sum it up, relax, be patient , and sleep well. **Update** After four months of arguing they finally sent me a replacement same one as i purchased and like the other it was great for a month. The corners sag and middle is dipping. I’m done with sinus I’ll take the hit on this cost but will never purchase another bed from them. I’m evening scrapping their king bed frame. It’s true you get what you pay for. I’d avoid them for sure. Purely based on their customer service skills. I have tried for two months to get the company to honor their warranty and it’s been impossible for them to respond when they do they ask i provide pictures which I did then over a week no response they responded again ask I send pictures of the defects. I am so over this company completely. I’ve only had this bed for 6 months been trying for almost two months to get it replaced. Just as a warning if you get a defective bed they will gas light you and absolutely ignore you as well as. It honor the warranty. I’ve had good beds from this place that lasted years. But I will never support them again. I have own a lot of beds from zinus and never had an issue. Bout this bed 6 months ago and it’s already slopping and drooping. The bed has become not comfortable. I’ve been attempting to contact customer service for weeks all they do is have a bot email me back and feels like I’m being gas lighted. Absolutely irritating. The worst customer service in all the products I have ever purchased.

We have had this bed for about a week now. I didn’t want to write the review after the first day. Because I get neck and back pain, I’m a bit of a skeptic. However, this bed did not disappoint. Due to space concerns, we couldn’t keep the old mattress and open this one for a few days. So, we gave it a full day on the bed and had to sleep on it the first night. It was fine. We didn’t notice any smell. However, within a day or two, it did firm up nicely and seemed to get a little bit more plush. My neck and back pain that I have been dealing with is mostly gone since having this bed. I had suspected that it was my old memory foam mattress that didn’t have the hybrid feature. My husband loves the bed as much as I do. We both have said that we are getting better sleep than we have had in quite some time. And that is huge because I’m not notoriously the easiest sleeper. I was a bit concerned about the reviews that said that the bed doesn’t fully shape up and that there are areas that are lower than other areas. I will say that in the first day or so, that is the case. But if you let it get the air back inside it, within a day or two, that problem is resolved. It didn’t even affect our sleep. It was totally minimal. I’m so glad we went with this mattress and this brand again. We liked it so much that we are replacing our teenager’s mattress with the twin size. We got the king size. If you are like us, you are probably scouring tons of merchants, reading tons of reviews, and trying to figure out if this is worth it. Our experience has been amazing and I highly recommend this mattress. The price, quality and comfort is fantastic.

Bed arrived in a timely manner. The box was pretty beat up upon arrival. Brought the box in and took the mattress out. Mattress seemed undamaged. We took the mattress upstairs and unrolled it. It immediately started to expand. We followed the instructions that were sent. Instructions indicate that mattress can be slept on immediately but we waited over 24 hours before we slept on it. The corners at the foot of the bed did not fully expand. After 4 days the mattress felt lumpy and we were waking up with back and neck pain. The motion transfer is terrible. My husband moves allot in his sleep and it was like I was on a raft in the water when he moved. Our quality of sleep was greatly affected to the point that we were getting such terrible sleep that after 4 days we were exhausted. We decided to start the return process. It stated that we would have to return the mattress, decompressed and in a box. We bought a mattress bag and had it deflated. We tried so hard to get it rolled back up but the mattress ended up coming unrolled and expanded again 😫 I called Amazon and explained the issues with the mattress and told them there was no way we could return the mattress. Amazon was amazing to work with and ended up refunding the price of the mattress and told us we could do what we wanted to with the mattress. We donated the mattress. The place we donated it to said it would likely be sent to the less fortunate in Africa! Thank you to Amazon customer service for being so amazing!!

We’ve had the king-size 14” version for a couple of years now and overall we’ve been very happy with it. It’s comfortable and has held up pretty well with regular use. There are some slight depressions where we each sleep, which is a little disappointing since neither of us is especially heavy and we’ve rotated the mattress every couple of months. They aren’t severe at this point, but they are noticeable. The mattress can also sleep a little hot during the summer, so I wouldn’t necessarily call it especially cooling despite the gel foam. Those issues aside, it’s still comfortable after a couple years and we’re happy with it overall. It has held up well enough that I’d still consider it a good mattress, especially for the comfort.

We’ve only slept on it for about 30 days but I’m so impressed! If I didn’t have to help carry it up a flight of stairs I probably wouldn’t believe it came out of a box. I wanted the cushion of springs with the support and cooling power of foam. It manages to be supportive but extra soft, which is exactly what I needed. I have arthritis in my spine so no pressure points WITH support become a big deal. I want to feel like my spine is aligned and supported whether I’m sleeping on my back or side, but if it’s hard enough to put pressure on any particular spot I won’t be able to sleep. So far I’m sleeping great! I used to grab a cheap mattress and box spring from the store and put a 4” foam topper on it and a cooling pad. This is everything in one, and doesn’t even need a box spring. No more climbing (jumping) into bed! Side note- I don’t see the edges offering much support for people over 200 lbs. I’m 160 and it sinks significantly but doesn’t quite feel like I’m falling off. I don’t tend to sit there so it’s a great trade off for me.

Deep permanent impressions does not retain shake at all. Lumpy, bumpy and all around awful Sides angle down, sitting on side of bed and one is bound to fall off No structure to this at all. It is so bad it has caused me 2 years of back pain only a cheap mattress from a actual mattress store could fix. Seriously I have back and shoulder pain I did not before this terrible mattress Awful smell out the box so bag I still remember it 2 years later Terrible value. Even a cheap mattress should hold form for 5 - 10 years without permanent body impressions over an inch deep. This is the worst mattress I have ever used and I use to sleep on a futon King size ao the size is accurate but the height is not unless you measure in the middle. This thing is 15-30 different heights. Heavy, bulky and hard to move around it's a mattress that is expected I will never buy zinus ever

No lie, I was very nervous to order a mattress online without even trying it. With big purchases I want to try it out before I buy, but I was helping move my finacé across the country and to make for an easier move he sold all of his furniture so we needed a bed. After doing lot of research, talking to people who have bought mattresses recently, and reading reviews we landed on this one. What drew me to this type was how it had support and firmness (what my fiancé likes), but was still soft enough to where you didn’t feel like you were laying on a hard surface (what I like). This is one of the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on. It’s only been a few nights but so far we are very pleased. My only con is that it is (for me) extremely heavy. The WONDERFUL Amazon delivery men carried the box up 2 flights of stairs and put it in our apartment for me but accidentally put it in the wrong room so I had to drag the box to the other room and then unwrap it ans take the plastic off and it was not easy by myself. I didn’t notice any smell or anything when I opened the box or took the plastic off either. We let it sit for about 4 days (we went out of town the day after it was delivered) to let it take form and adjust and so glad we did. So if you’re like me and hesitant, let me be the one to tell you that this mattress is worth it.
