Queen 14” - I had to write this because so many had issues with the sides not being firm. I had the same issue and was going to return it. I’m so glad I didn’t! First of all, it came fast and was packaged in a way that it could be opened without exploding. My 20-year-old (just home from the army) thought his way was better and was thrown across the room. That alone made buying this bed totally worth it. Anyhow, once the bed was open, it plumped right up. We had to sleep on it that night and it was sooo comfy but the sides were droopy. So droopy that I fell out of bed. Not as hysterical as my son getting launched, but still funny. After a few days, the bed was more amazing and cozy but the sides still sucked. I started my return but, due to work, I wasn’t able to follow through. Thank goodness, because after about a week and a half, the sides and corners firmed up, PERFECTLY!! I added a topper because I like a little more fluffy feeling and now it’s perfect. BEST MATTRESS IVE EVER HAD! On a side note, we bought this mattress because on of our daughters bought the 10” mattress for the guest room and we loved it every time we stayed there. So, I can say that I HIGHLY recommend this mattress to anyone! My husband and I are 60ish, with bad backs and knees, and he’s 300 pounds. We both sleep like babies and have, significantly, less pain. Getting up in the mornings are so much easier now. It’s like a miracle. Just a hint, we ordered a bunkie board because we no longer use a box spring. This makes tucking In sheets way easier and protects the mattress from breaking down underneath, (over time) where the frame slats are. So to sum it up, relax, be patient , and sleep well. I have owned this mattress just under a year at the time of writing this review and it already needs replaced. It was comfortable out of the box, and even more so when broke in, but that only lasted about 10 months. Over the course of the last 2 months it has been causing significant back pain to me and my wife. There is already a significant sag in both sides of the bed where we sleep but more so where I sleep. I am 28 years old 6’ tall 180 lbs and there is about a 2 inch sag in my side of the bed with no weight in it. It feels like I’m sleeping in a hammock and I wake up with back and neck pain every morning. We’re currently trying to get a replacement or refund via their warranty program and will update accordingly. I would never recommend this mattress unless you need something cheap knowing it will only last 6-9 months.

Not too firm. Bought the Queen. Supports well but over time(6 months) mattress started to soften along body contours. Cannot flip because of cover underneath. Only can rotate mattress for more even wear. Popped into shape quickly out of the bag. Aired it out for a day to freshen it. This is my second purchase.

Bed arrived in a timely manner. The box was pretty beat up upon arrival. Brought the box in and took the mattress out. Mattress seemed undamaged. We took the mattress upstairs and unrolled it. It immediately started to expand. We followed the instructions that were sent. Instructions indicate that mattress can be slept on immediately but we waited over 24 hours before we slept on it. The corners at the foot of the bed did not fully expand. After 4 days the mattress felt lumpy and we were waking up with back and neck pain. The motion transfer is terrible. My husband moves allot in his sleep and it was like I was on a raft in the water when he moved. Our quality of sleep was greatly affected to the point that we were getting such terrible sleep that after 4 days we were exhausted. We decided to start the return process. It stated that we would have to return the mattress, decompressed and in a box. We bought a mattress bag and had it deflated. We tried so hard to get it rolled back up but the mattress ended up coming unrolled and expanded again 😫 I called Amazon and explained the issues with the mattress and told them there was no way we could return the mattress. Amazon was amazing to work with and ended up refunding the price of the mattress and told us we could do what we wanted to with the mattress. We donated the mattress. The place we donated it to said it would likely be sent to the less fortunate in Africa! Thank you to Amazon customer service for being so amazing!!

**Update** After four months of arguing they finally sent me a replacement same one as i purchased and like the other it was great for a month. The corners sag and middle is dipping. I’m done with sinus I’ll take the hit on this cost but will never purchase another bed from them. I’m evening scrapping their king bed frame. It’s true you get what you pay for. I’d avoid them for sure. Purely based on their customer service skills. I have tried for two months to get the company to honor their warranty and it’s been impossible for them to respond when they do they ask i provide pictures which I did then over a week no response they responded again ask I send pictures of the defects. I am so over this company completely. I’ve only had this bed for 6 months been trying for almost two months to get it replaced. Just as a warning if you get a defective bed they will gas light you and absolutely ignore you as well as. It honor the warranty. I’ve had good beds from this place that lasted years. But I will never support them again. I have own a lot of beds from zinus and never had an issue. Bout this bed 6 months ago and it’s already slopping and drooping. The bed has become not comfortable. I’ve been attempting to contact customer service for weeks all they do is have a bot email me back and feels like I’m being gas lighted. Absolutely irritating. The worst customer service in all the products I have ever purchased.

I was so nervous to replace my 15+ year old mattress. Spending a lot of money on something you're unsure will be comfortable kind of sucks. Luckily my kid needed one first, and I went with this brands full size. I spent weeks just testing out hers before deciding to pull the trigger on the 14 inch king size. We have had it almost a month now and I LOVE it. It's got a great amount of support while still being soft and pillowy. I paid $314 on black Friday, and for that price, this is an incredible bed.

I slept very well on this mattress the first week or so, and was pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was, especially given the price. It's quite soft and while this is quite subjective, I noticed I fell asleep very easily on this mattress while just intending to look at my phone on the bed for a few minutes. However, I'll note that the 14" version I bought ended up not expanding all the way to 14", instead being around 13 (corner)-13.5" (edge) after ~3 weeks. The edges do also have much less support if you sit or sleep right at the edge of the bed compared to other mattresses with edge support springs. This is quite annoying since I did used to like shifting around the bed randomly as the bed gets warm, and still do this but find it uncomfortable. I'll note that I'm 100-150 lbs (don't wanna be too precise in public) so I don't think it's because I'm unusually heavy. Heavier people will likely have even more issue with the edge support than me I'm not sure if it got worse or if I just didn't notice this as much at the start, but the edge being soft became more annoying over time, as I feel like I need to be careful not to be too close to the edge as the edge isn't as usable. I saw reviews regarding sagging after a few months and am happy to report that after 3 weeks, I haven't noticed this at all yet when no one is on the bed. If I'm on the bed though, the springs at the edge are too weak so it's possible that's what they meant. Note that I paid $300 for the 14" Queen Mattress, as the price fluctuates a lot (it's $455 2 weeks later). (Edit: updated after 3 weeks)
