This mattress is NOT soft whatsoever. I can feel the springs through the "pillow top" when I lay on it. Easy setup but I ended up having to get an additional mattress topper just to make it comfy enough to sleep on for our guests. I should have read the previous reviews closer, had I done that I would have ordered something else (and I suggest you do, too!). I get it it's a cheap mattress, but you can tell that's what it is.
