I got these to help with the color and I cut them into tiny pieces that fit her front four teeth. I don't have before/after photos which is really helpful with products like this but I just wanted to put in my two cents. I have tried other whitening products in the past and my teeth got so sensitive I couldn't do it anymore. With these strips, I was able to do one of these a day for a month. I DID notice my teeth got whiter, but it wasn't a huge difference, nor did it happen over night. They suggest one strip a day (top and bottom) for 14 days but since I'm a smoker I thought I would double that to go daily for a month. I was happy that I didn't have to quit due to pain, but a little disappointed that they didn't get as white as I was expecting. If you're not smoking on a daily basis you'll probably get better results than I did. I just had unrealistic expectations. All in all I think these are worth the money. They are more affordable than other brands, don't make your teeth/gums hurt, good flavors, and they do work! Just don't expect to have pearly whites after one session.

Do not use these whitening strips. They've got PVP in them which basically puts a vinyl coating on you teeth and it eventually goes through the kidneys. As if the average person doesn't eat enough plastic a week they're trying to poison us with this crap. The average person eats a credit card worth of plastic a week.
