I’ve drank coffee for about 40 years and drink red wine weekly so you can imagine my teeth definitely had stains! I am beyond thrilled with the results these strips gave me! I was hesitant to try them for fear of sensitivity because that did happen with my daughter. I am only on day 6 of this treatment but I see a huge difference already in the whitening process. I have used the sensitive version of this kit before and I didn't really see much of a difference. I have VERY sensitive teeth (I'm talking asking for gum numbing gel at a standard cleaning level sensitive) so I was skeptical about trying this. There is some sensitivity, but it is very minimal and worth the effects I have seen so far. I do recommend getting your teeth cleaned/checked before starting the treatment for best results if your teeth are sensitive like mine and to wait a few days after the cleaning to start the whitening process. Also make sure to dry your teeth before applying the strips for better adhesion. I would overall say it's been worth it and I recommend giving it a try if you're on the fence!

By day 5 my teeth were already noticeably whiter and I was HOOKED — I started doing them twice a day (don’t do this), my teeth zinging like they were auditioning for a horror movie every time I drank ice water. I didn’t care, I was on a mission. The strips kept sliding off my bottom teeth so I’d be walking around the house with my mouth half-open like a confused shark, hissing at my roommate “DON’T TALK TO ME I’M WHITENING.” After 14 days my smile was straight-up blinding.
