This kit was very fun to build but does take hours (in my case) to build, so I would recommend doing this on a day where you have nothing to do but over all it was fun to build and amazing to see it move for the first time after building (does require 2 triple a battery’s for the remote)

I didn’t read how many pieces this had. It’s 500. My son who is 8, probably would have fun with this once it’s built but I’m not sure the attention span is there for him. If you have a Lego loving robot or they do FTC kid def get this. My 16 year old nephew had a blast tinkering and building. It’s so cute. Just know it might be a challenge and take some time if they’re younger. Great for Christmas break to keep them occupied.
