This is not expensive. It does whiten your teeth. I don't see the 3d effect. You get some strips. 2 Types. This box will last you some time. If you want white teeth then this can help make it happen. My dentist recommended buying these. They are very easy to use (but look in the mirror so the alignment is good) and not disruptive in any way. They come in a pack of 10 (with 2 extra), but my teeth were whiter after only 4 uses. highly recommend. The strips did do their job of making my teeth a little whiter. But I got lots of sensitivity from it. Not sure if this is a me thing or it happens to everyone. Also, this is the first time using whitening strips, so not sure if they all do that.
