This is not expensive. It does whiten your teeth. I don't see the 3d effect. You get some strips. 2 Types. This box will last you some time. If you want white teeth then this can help make it happen. I tried Crest White Strips when they first came out, decades ago. Ugh. They didn't stay on and didn't seem to work all that well. After reading some recent reviews, I decided to give the new ones a try. Wow, they are so much better now! Pros: - they really stay on! - they seem to work so much better, even after one use Cons: - they come in one size, which means they don't fit smaller teeth - the bottom strip didn't stay on as well as the top, for some reason - the instructions say to put the gel side against your teeth, which is probably the side stuck to the clear plastic, when you unwrap them - kind of pricey for what you get All in all, these do the job. ... show more
