The trays work well without leaving your teeth or gums sensitive for days. They are simple to use, with clear instructions. You pop in the full "upper" tray with the green band intact. You bite down for a few second, then remove the green tray. Repeat for the "lower" tray. The instructions tell you how long to leave it in. Once the time is over, remove trays and brush. That's it. You can wear them while you get ready or watch a show. The trays are easy to store.

I enjoy drinking coffee, so I was very interested in teeth whitening. I was recommended this product by my dentist because it is effective. I had never used a whitening product before, so I didn't have high expectations. One box contains 10 trays, and I used it consistently for 30 minutes every day. I was able to notice the change in the color of my teeth with just 10 trays. Pros 1. Excellent performance. It is amazing that you can have white teeth in just 10 days with 10 trays. 2. Very convenient to use. Each tray for the upper and lower teeth is individually packaged, so you can use one at a time. 3. The wax inside the tray has a mint flavor, so you can use it without feeling uncomfortable. Cons 1. It is more expensive than strip products. However, it is acceptable because it is more effective. If you subscribe, you can purchase it at a discount of about 10% compared to the regular price. If I have someone who is concerned about tooth discoloration, I will strongly recommend this product.

When I first received this product, I used the whitener 3 days in a row and I noticed a small difference. My teeth are not yellow, I was just looking for a refresh. I will say I only noticed some very mild sensitivity to the product. Since the three day binge, I have used the product more sporadically. Overall, I have noticed only a small difference, but definitely a difference. I wonder if you would notice a bigger difference if there were more yellowing on the teeth. Either way, I would say this product works marginally well if you do not want to get your teeth professionally whitened by a dentist.

I’ve been whitening for 30 years. These are hands down the closest to an in office treatment. It’s important to remember that your teeth will only whiten to your virgin white. If you genetically have darker teeth it will likely whiten to that color. I used this as does my teenager who has naturally darker teeth. He’s seen some improvement. I’ve seen massive improvement as I naturally have whiter teeth (and I drink coffee and wine so my staining was much greater to begin with). I will always keep these on hand. Worth every penny. Also, less gun irritation than strips and whiten higher up on the tooth and farther back than strips.
