I am notoriously bad at being consistent and finishing a teeth whitening product, and this was no different. I was doing it consistently for a few days and then have been very sporadic over the course of the last month or so when I happen to remember and have time to put the trays in. Just took a follow up progress photo to compare to before I started and there is significant whitening (and I still have 2 sets of trays left). I think a tray system like this is significantly better—for me at least—than something like Crest Whitestrips with regard to me tolerating them being in my mouth for the full treatment time (I usually did 25-30 min sessions). I’ve also had minimal sensitivity, so if you’re prone to that, this could still be a good option if you space out how often you use them.

These trays work so well! Our whole family used them for the first before a recent wedding. Our dental hygienist told us about the brand. Once we saw the results we all wanted more of the trays. The trays work well without leaving your teeth or gums sensitive for days. They are simple to use, with clear instructions. You pop in the full "upper" tray with the green band intact. You bite down for a few second, then remove the green tray. Repeat for the "lower" tray. The instructions tell you how long to leave it in. Once the time is over, remove trays and brush. That's it. You can wear them while you get ready or watch a show. The trays are easy to store.

I am not sure these are working our not. I wanted to whiten my lower teeth as I am getting a bridge that I requested a shade lighter than my current color. I am able to use the uppers and lowers for my teeth so the box lasted me twice as long as a normal person. I don't know if it is because I am having a hard time applying them or just a bad batch. I bought another box to see if the shade gets better. They are very hard to apply. I dont know how many times that I have tried to remove the green tray just for the whitener to still be in it. I really have to press down hard everywhere and suck multiple times as well as wiggle it side to side to get the green tray to come off without the whitener. Very frustrating. My gums, also, are getting irritated from the clear tray that holds the whitener. It appears to be pushing down on my gums during the 15 minute or so time for application. As far as refrigeration, my dentist said that is only for if you are not going to use them for a while. If you are going to use them within a month or so, refrigeration is not necessary. I know there is a question as to 'well how long did they sit in my doctors office or at an Amazon facility' which I cannot answer.
