This product Works very well the only reason I give It 4 stars is because the LED light goes out pretty Quick and It does not recharge if I were to do It again I would buy the teeth serum separately and the Amazon suggested LED light separately which can recharge wirelessly. And that is exactly what I did once I ran out of the whitening surum. I just bought more and then I bought the light all by itself. But the serum does work excellent I could notice a very noticeable change within only 2 weeks ... show more

Similar to others my light did not work right out of the box. Design on the light should be better. Otherwise I like the ease of using the product, no sensitivity so far and still too early to see results. But the one without the light to save some money.

I used this twice a day and i've experienced no whitening whatsoever. I used the white strips for years until the sensitivity was too much. This actually didn't give me any sensitivity, so that's a plus I guess. But since it didn't whiten my teeth, I could've just put water on my teeth, same effect (and would probably stay on my teeth as well as this did ie not at all). I guess this made my teeth...moisturized? So if you've ever worried that your teeth weren't moisturized enough, than get this. It does have a slightly minty flavor, but not enough to help my breath. I was sent a defective LED light that doesn’t work in my Emulsions pack. I called the Crest customer service number to findout that they don’t send replacement lights just make you send the LED light back to them and as they stated “we do not send replacement equipment”. If you want a refund you have to mail them a whole list of irrelevant information (to include your date of birth???) in order to even get the refund. The customer service line was efficient and the woman was nice but Crests replacement policy for a defective product they sent is terrible. ... show more
