  • Fixed my teeth
Flavor Name: Mint
I had multiple teeth that had been ruined by botched fillings and this made chewing difficult/painful. The dentist told me that the only way to fix the problem was to get multiple root canals. This seemed expensive and scary since they had just damaged my teeth so I said no. Now after using this toothpaste for awhile my teeth have drastically improved and I feel I no longer have to worry about possible root canals. The only negative I find is that this powder is caustic and has given me small sores in my mouth. This takes awhile to happen but maybe my mouth and gums are sensitive I don't know. Still the pros dramatically overweight the con and I will continue to use this product with a bit less frequency. I highly recommend this product for everyone. ... show more

  • I feel like I've just had my teeth professionally cleaned every time I brush them.
Flavor Name: Mint
I love this stuff! My daughter had 6 issues with her teeth before she began using this. She went back to dentist after using Shine tooth powder for 6 months and the dentist could only find 2 of the 6 problems. I feel like I have just had my teeth professionally cleaned every time I brush.

  • I like this product but the grit annoys me
Flavor Name: Mint
I think this is a cool company. I've had the product on my to try list for a while and bought a few weeks ago. I am pleased with the results of the product. My teeth feel more clean and certainly have a whiteness to them that they didn't have before. But I'm still returning it. The biggest reason is because of the way the grit gets in between my teeth. Now, I got some tight teeth. And i was trying to take care of my teeth before this with salt rinses, oil pulling and certain mouthwashes. I read another review that complained about this and didn't think it would be a big deal, but if you're using this everyday, it does kind of build up because it doesn't rinse away just like that. I actually don't mind this...until I start flossing. And keep hitting against it or pushing it further up instead of getting it out. Or if you're eating and get food in your teeth, so now I gotta maneuver more careful to actually get stuff out and not make myself more uncomfortable. And then sometimes my floss tears and feathers AND THAT'S ANNOYING. Never had that problem until this. If it wasn't for this specific thing, I'd keep it. It needs to be not gritty. Or a paste version maybe! Other annoyances that I don't mind are the little scoop spoon. There is the messiness to it. I wish it was a real spoon so you can scoop. And it takes time to get it back into the jar. And of course the product itself can get messy but I expected that trying to get it on your toothbrush. I always put it on top of my toothpaste. But the results are real. My mouth definitely feels cleaner and there is a whiteness to my teeth that I'm enjoying! I especially feel like it was cleaning good for my back teeth. They feel so polished and nice. I like the taste. If I wasn't on a budget, I'd work around it and keep it. Wish I could use it longer. ... show more

  • Amazing results after one week
Flavor Name: Mint
You can see the improvement in the appearance of my teeth and gums after one week!! have gotten cavities my entire life, like 1 a year. I also have painful gums that have been receding for several years now. My kids are getting cavities so I am super determined to find something else than traditional toothpaste and mouthwash. Clearly it’s not working for us! After one use my teeth felt so clean, really like that just left the dentist. I haven’t had a follow up appointment, I was told last time I had 3 cavities forming. I am hoping that this will help close them up so I don’t have to get them drilled. ... show more

  • Good
Flavor Name: Mint
I usually require a prescription toothpaste as my teeth and exposed tooth roots are very sensitive but I’ve been using Shine now for a couple of months with no sensitivity. I’m so happy to find a safe and healthy product made without all the usual harmful chemicals.

  • Feels like I just left the dentist
Flavor Name: Mint
Love how my teeth feel after brushing!! Also feels like my teeth stay clean longer. The taste is a bit more salty with a hint of mint but it’s not bad or intolerable by any means! Also, my first jar didn’t get delivered and they had another mailed within a day or 2 of me reporting it!! Really took care of me there and you don’t see customer service like that anymore. I’m excited to see if it helps with one of my small cavities! ... show more

  • Such a Love/Hate
Flavor Name: Mint
This is a hard review to write because there are aspects that I love about this product (which are the results from using the product) but there are also some aspects that I really dislike (using the product). I just finished my first jar, so here is a honest review. Things I love: This product really helped with a sensitive tooth I have. It has reduced sensitivity and now I'm able to drink cold water or bite into cold foods without a shooting pain which is so amazing! I also love how this product has substantially helped whiten my teeth safely. Things I dislike: I was down to pay the price for Shine because my teeth are important to me and its a small investment to have healthy teeth. But man this product was not worth the price and was pretty difficult to use in a lot of ways! Mine started off as a powder and the wooden spoon that came with the jar wasn't the easiest to accurately put the powder on my toothbrush without losing product. I live in a humid climate and despite my best efforts of sealing the lid tight, the powder quickly turned into a clumpy, gooey consistency which didn't make it any easier to use the product because it just stuck to the jar/wooden spoon. Eventually I had to give up and start scraping the product off the spoon onto my toothbrush which didn't feel hygienic. It would be awesome if the OraWellness team could come up with another way to formulate their Shine product because the results are fabulous. But using the product was messy, wasteful (especially for the price!) and time consuming and to continue to have to deal with a difficult product just doesn't seem worth it. On to another product for me. ... show more
