I got this floor lamp and it's honestly pretty cheesy. It stands up just fine and doesn't seem top-heavy, but I think the only reason for that is because it comes with the world's smallest lampshade. The shade is way too tiny and makes the whole lamp look cheap. It almost reminds me of a lantern, just not nearly as cute. Overall, it feels and looks inexpensive, and the proportions are just off.

The remote works well, lots of dimming features and is easy to assemble. The lamp is smaller in size than appears in photos. It would be great for a bedroom or small reading nook. Not appropriate for a large couch or loveseat..the scale is wrong n looks tiny.

It took about 10 days for this lamp to arrive but it was well worth the wait. I had originally intended it for a grow lamp but between how nice it looks, how stable it is, and its great features available via the remote control, it's going in the bedroom instead. The lamp was well packaged and in perfect condition. There is an insert with assembly instructions which are a little sparse but they get you there. You're instructed to first assemble the 6 pieces that make up the pole of the lamp plus the 1 base, working from the base upward. I found it easier to start at the top and work downward, and that worked fine. Then you assemble the lampshade, which looked more complicated in the instructions than it actually was. Next attach the lampshade to the lamp, insert the included light bulb, put the included 2 AAA batteries in the remote and you're done. One nice feature I appreciate: the type of bulb, E26 60W or less, is printed on a sticker on the back of the lamp just above the lampshade. That info isn't always clear on other products and looks to me like a good signal of customer care. There is an on/off toggle switch along the power cord, the kind designed to be stepped on to activate. Turn it on, put the batteries in the remote, check out the diagram of the remote that's printed on the included info insert, and enjoy. I did. It has lots of nice features, including all of the features promised in the product info and images. The dimmer works very well, and the 3 color tones it has are nicer than shown in product images. There's a bright white, a warm amber and an icy blue. The lampshade looks like a nice linen and shows off the color tones well. For the current coupon price of about $26 for the Black lamp/Beige shade version of this lamp, I highly recommend getting it if you like the look of it. The base is weighted and reasonably stable, it was easy to assemble, it's sturdy, it has a lot of lighting options, and it's a great price. A couple months ago I was shopping for a lamp of this style for a grow lamp and did eventually buy the best one for a good price I could find. It was a little more than this one but had no remote and none of these features.

I originally got the Ziisee 64" Floor Lamp with Remote Control, Dimmable Tall Standing Lamp to replace another floor lamp that I have. After I saw the size of it I was able to place it in a smaller space in our den next to my husband's chair so he could quit complaining that he did not have enough light. This lamp puts off a lot of light and the intensity can be changed by using the remote control. Although the lamp shade is a bit on the smaller side I believe it fits the lamp design perfectly. I was amazed at the way the lamp shade went together allowing small packaging for the whole lamp along with the screw together poles. It took us less than fifteen minutes to put together and we didn't use the instructions. At $39.99 at the time of this review it is a budget friendly price. A note on the lamp shade it comes rolled up like rolling up a sheet of paper and is assembled from there. It is not hard to do, there are tiny invisible almost clips on the inside of the shade. I found this a clever way to ship the shade to save space and you cannot tell it went together the way it did when you are done.
