This corset is well made and sturdy. I am 5'5" 175lbs 36 DD for reference. I normally wear a medium in shirts, after reading reviews I sized up and bought the XL. The XL was too small on me even after letting out the ribbon in the back all the way. Just didn't fit right. I returned that size and got the 2XL and it fit much better. I purchased this corset in the purple and the dark green and both colors are absolutely gorgeous. The top scallop is a little lose ,where I feel my tatas might come out if I leaned over, but im going to use wardrobe tape and it should be just fine. I felt super sexy in this corset and even think I might buy more colors. This also comes with a thong, but to be fair to my review, I did not try them on. I mainly purchased this for the corset. don’t just size up bc the reviews say to!!! i checked the measurements of the large bc that’s what i usually get (usually a medium or large) and my measurements lined up perfectly with the corset measurements (specifically the waist) and the large fits perfect! it is very versatile too like you can adjust the tie-up part to make it larger if it doesn’t fit right away, i just had to loosen the lace-up part in the back a bit & it’s literally perfect. so pick a size based on the measurements, that’s what i did, and it’s perfect. unless you want it just for looks & you don’t want it to be super tight then maybe size up but if you want it to fit well & snatch you up get the correct size according to your measurements!!! for reference i am about 5”7, 160lbs, 34DD, large is perfect for me, i last took my measurements quite some time ago but based off the last time i took measurements my waist was 27inches & hips 41inches. (also last year i got this same corset in extra-large, it fit very well, i was 180lbs, 5”7, 34DD). i love this corset it is so adorable and definitely a great price for what you receive. my favorite corset i won’t get one anywhere else! ... show more

The good: -affordable and ships quickly -comes in loads of colors -arrives pre-laced and ready to wear -supported my 38J chest well enough that I didn’t need a bra The not-so-good: -you’re absolutely getting what you pay for here: the boning feels like cheap plastic, the ribbon isn’t the sturdiest. This is definitely a costume piece and not something I would recommend for long-term wear. -if you’re short and plus size (like me), this may present some issues. The boning on the side collapsed while I was wearing it which resulted in some mild bruising on my hips. In the photo you can see that it has bent at a sharp angle where my hips meet my ribs.) -I also have a shorter than average torso, so overall this corset is a few inches long on me. -As I have come to expect with most costume quality corsets, the sizing is absurd. I wear a 2X in most street clothes brands, but I ordered a 7X in this and it fit. Lovely, I should have ordered an XL (customer error) but for me, the large fits snuggly and comfortably, even if I feel like a size up wouldn’t have hurt 😅!! The color I bought is Beige, it looks like a pale gold and damn!! This is gorgeous!! Feels sturdy, boning is malleable but strong, and the fabric is thick but light enough to wear if you wanted to wear it alone. I would suggest a strapless, thin bra to hold the girls, but beyond that it’s sexy as hell 🥳🥳 Wearing it on a date with my husband, the outfit I have on in the attached image is what I’m wearing it with. He has yet to see the outfit, so wish me luck. Let’s see if it’s cozy enough to wear on a more active day activity then I will update this review with that information ☺️ Update: Should have updated this a LOT sooner (I forgot to 😅) but the mall was a lot more active than expected, and the corset was very comfortable but I wore it a little too tight than I should have so I was a bit sore in my ribs/waist area. As an underweight 16 y/o with a small chest who loves wearing corsets for Halloween it’s hard for me to find corsets that fit me but this fits me so well and snatches my waist up it literally makes my waist non existent I definitely recommend (no pictures b/c I’m under age)

    • Great except no bust support

I have worn many corsets in my time as an avid costumer, I'm talking decently made from lingerie shops to hand made in accurate historical style from seamstresses, but I gained weight and needed one that wouldn't break the bank and quickly for an unexpected Halloween event. These were great for the price, quite sturdy, especially at the clasps. However I was unable to wear this style that covers the full torso (I went with their underbust corset and would definitely recommend that style!) because it fit everywhere but the bust. The bust was too large though the rest fit wonderfully (I'm about 230lbs, 5'8", and pretty large DD bust size) and even if my bust were larger, they would have spilled out. There's something about the construction that has almost no breast support. Part of it is that the boning or support on the sides of the bust isn't enough so instead of giving the cup-and-lift amazing cleavage, it's like a sloppy shelf of cleavage spilling out everywhere. I was afraid the girls would pop right out so I didn't wear it. If that problem were addressed, these would be amazing. I would highly recommend their underbust corset, it was great! ... show more
