Updated Review: The company reached out and asked me to do an updated review for the new version of their product. The new version has a slightly thicker back plate. I still have an issue with the stakes being flimsy and not always staying on. These are good if you put them in direct sun and in an area where you won't be moving them constantly. They do have an On/Off button you'll need to switch before they'll work. Previous review: These do not last very long, maybe 3 hours if you're lucky. My biggest issue with them is that they're plastic on the bottom and they have to be in the "On" position to work. My dogs have already broken a couple of these just by stepping on them. I recently purchased a set of 8 solar disk lights for my backyard, and while they look great and add a lovely touch to the outdoor ambiance, I must admit that the quality leaves something to be desired. Upon receiving the lights, I was initially excited to see how they would look in my backyard. Unfortunately, my enthusiasm was dampened when I discovered that one of the eight solar disk lights was not functioning. I reached out to the seller for assistance, hoping for a replacement. However, instead of offering a new light, they provided me with instructions on how to replace the battery myself. Not wanting to go through the hassle of returning the entire set, I ended up purchasing an AA rechargeable battery and fixing the issue on my own. Seven months into using these solar disk lights, another one stopped working, and I was again tasked with replacing the battery. While the lights themselves look fantastic in my backyard, the overall quality and longevity of the product are not up to par. Furthermore, the customer support from the seller left much to be desired, as they did not seem eager to offer a convenient solution to my problem. In conclusion, I must say that I have mixed feelings about these solar disk lights. While they do create a beautiful atmosphere in my backyard, the quality issues and lack of sufficient support from the seller are major drawbacks. I would recommend potential buyers to consider these factors before making a purchase, as the experience might be more frustrating than rewarding. ... show more

These lights were installed along the edge of the driveway where there are no lawn sprinklers. Within sixty days two of the lights failed due to rain water getting inside. Over the next three months, three more failed for the same reason.
