Very nice cradle. Where it fell short was I purchased based upon specs (which they clearly met), and pictures (where they fell short). This cradle is REALLY heavy duty. Truly the cradle you want and need when you want to eliminate all questions of "can it support my winching activities?", "can it hold my 12k winch?", and, "will it twist under load?" This cradle will clearly instill confidence, period, no further questions. Now to the picture you ask. Well, it shows stainless or chromed handles. Looked nice. Well, they came painted like the rest of the cradle. Not a problem. It looks great like the rest of the cradle, just fell short because a picture is worth a thousands words, and it didn't speak the truth. All said, I am very happy to be clear. Paint is VERY high quality. Heavy paint. All looks great. I would buy again, and I recommend you do too if you want the very best (and don't care about chrome / stainless handles). ... show more

For the money, I have zero complaints. I mounted a 12k winch to this, and have pulled a 9k lb truck onto my trailer with it, no issues.
