This couch is well worth it! We ordered on a Sunday & 4/5 boxes arrived on Wednesday, the 5th box the next day. We were weary of purchasing online with limited pictures of it in reviews, but so glad we did. The one picture that was posted looks like the fabric wrinkles easily. I can tell that they just had pushed up the middle console cushion & left it at that without smoothing the fabric back out. It was super easy to put together with 1 person within an hour- there were directions but we didn’t even need them as it was so simple. I admit, in pictures the fabric does look cheap, but is not at all- it is very comparable to furniture we have bought from big lots but less expensive. The only downside I can find is the adjustable headrests are almost pointless & provide no support, but not a deal breaker. This couch is very comfortable & needs broken in, but may not suit someone very tall. Also, there is only 1 tracking order for all of the packages, so just be patient for all pieces to arrive. ... show more

The couch in my opinion is comfortable, my husband says its slightly comfortable but has its moments of being uncomfortable. It does not lay flat when reclining which i knew when I bought it. I love the head rest that pops out, I love having a middle seat but also be able to use it to set my laptop down or even extra cup holders. The reclining feature is smooth and not loud. Zero clearance needed for wall hugging, good manual adjustable head rest, solid construction, easy to assemble, enjoy the electric reclining, can adjust the size of the cup holders, like the fold down piece for charging and putting items on and the material seems rugged. Prior to buying this sofa, because it is $900.00 and made in China, I contacted the company to inquire (or verify) the return policy that is stated on the web page. They assured me that the return policy is as stated so I ordered the sofa. After receiving it and getting it assembled, the first thing I noticed was the color is not near the gray as in in the photo on the web page. It is more blue than gray. I contacted the seller about the color. They told me that the color difference is because of lighting. I don't think lighting could make that different. It appears to be a different color. The seams from the seat bottom to the seat back do not line up or match. They are off far enough to make it quite obvious. The center seat sits about 6 to 8 inches behind the two seats on either side of it. So, a person sitting on the center is somewhat behind the person on the left or right of them. This is not adjustable so it is not because of my assembly skills. The left side seat back leans somewhat to the left away from the center of the sofa. I contacted the seller about these issues and requested a return label and refund. They told me I would have to pay $200.00 for return shipping. I reminded them of their return policy. They still wanted $200.00. I did a return request through Amazon. They sent me a return shipping label from the seller requiring postage paid by me. I disassembled this sofa put it back in the boxes and bought another sofa. There many better sofas you can buy. This one is BAD! ... show more

First of all let me start off with the positives i love this couch i just got it delivered yesterday and it was pretty easy to assemble (I’m a 24 year old girl who's never built a couch in her entire life and i did it all by myself in less than an hour). I love the color, its super comfy, I love all of the features and I think its decently priced compared to all of the other recliner sofas this size I’ve seen on the market and on amazon. However, I bought this specific color and this specific couch for one reason and one reason only the cat proof leather claim. In hindsight that was a dumb idea because not even 24 hours later of owning this couch it looks like this (see images for reference). I have 5 cats and they have ruined almost every couch I've ever owned not only with claw marks but with cat pee and I was hoping this couch would be different especially for the price. With all that being said, cat owners dont listen to the claim and if you do want this couch get whatever color you want and buy those ugly plastic clear covers to put on the sides of your couch so yours doesnt look like mine in less than 24 hours.😭 ... show more

The Sofa is a smaller sofa more suited for smaller rooms, with that being said it is very comfortable middle section pulls down so you can have extra cup holder's and charging, there is charging on both ends.
