So far so good, they ship the battery separately. Patience is not thing. I’m hoping the battery gets here soon so I can play with my new cart. For my patience (LOL) Zero Friction is including a dozen golf balls, weather golf gloves, club cleaning brush, umbrella holder and a rain hood to protect my clubs in wet weather. The cart itself is awesome. It’s quite stable (I tried to tip it over), the bag has a ton of pockets (I’ll need to get more stuff to fill them up, LOL), it has a separate umbrella holder on the side of the bag for easy access, a retractable handle for any height issues that might occur, 14 individual club slots to avoid clubs getting stuck and a remote control holder with a belt clip for the follow mode. Very unstable and returned after one use. If you golf on a perfectly flat gold course, then this cart could work for you. When it was delivered it was apparent that I was not its first stop. Food stains and scrapes on the bottom of the housing.

Update...December 20th, 2024 Since my initial difficulties with the product, I was able to establish contact with the Zero Friction CEO, who personally got involved to help. He got his team to send me an RMA for return and shipped a replacement trolley. Though I am yet to unbox the replacement trolley, I am hopeful that the initial product was a random case. I look forward to testing out the trolly on the golf course soon. _________________________________________________________ Do Not Buy.... Excellent product idea poorly executed. I was hesitant to buy at first because I didn’t know if the price would be worth it, but wow, I’m glad I did! It’s such an impressive cart and I was pleasantly surprised with how well the technology worked for it to follow me around the course like it does. There are some nice add-ons like the included umbrella that I didn’t even realize when I bought it; it really is like having your own personal caddie! The only downside is that it’s a bit heavier than I was expecting, like carry-on luggage on a plane that I sometimes struggle with, but I suppose that’s what gives it a long battery life and makes it so sturdy and stable on the course. I’m very happy with the Stride so far and would recommend to any golfer looking to walk more on the course without having to carry or push your clubs (or pay for a caddy each time haha!). ... show more

On flat, dry ground it works very well. Tires spin in gravel, and the wheel base is very short, it likes to tip over when going down hill. Has to be walked down hill as the electric speed control is too sudden, it will tip forward 1-2x/round minimum, even just coming off a tee box. that said, it holds a ton of stuff, comes with a lot of accessories and the battery is a beast. Legit 36 holes, even on hilly courses. longer if course is flat. Very cool to walk to your ball and not worry about it, but it doesn't always work out. I'm at the end of season 1 and the wheels are bent in, the sensors don't pick up the remote through your body(it has to be facing the cart for the cart to follow up). Lastly, it makes a ton of beeping noises when moving which can be distracting to your playing partners. ... show more

Only used it for one round so far but the follow feature is amazing and worked flawlessly. The bag is nice with a lot of storage. Seems well built and was easy to assemble. Played 18 holes and only used 1 of the 5 bars on the battery. Great value considering it is half the price of the other follow feature carts.
